On June 28,2023 I paid for a pair of glasses and was told it would take 10 days because I ordered bifocals and they had to be sent out. On July 13 I called the store to see where my glasses were. I was told that my glasses had been mailed to the store. It is now July 15th and still no glasses. The store is closed tomorrow so if the come in Monday it will be 19 days since I paid for them.
Prices are a little high compared to some online options, but the staff is so friendly and the post-purchase support is amazing. I've had to walk in unscheduled for multiple frame adjustments, and I always feel like such a bother, but everyone here is consistently happy to help. They're also incredibly quick, most pairs are done the same or the following day, and even my specialized order showed up a week before it was scheduled.
First time I order eye glasses and it fit perfectly in my face with the frame and the lenses thanks a lot and I will recommend people and my friends and family to this store
Went into eyeglass world because my glasses broke.i lost the screw to my glasses to keep the frames in and Yamile came in and saved the day. She fixed my glasses and even cleaned my glasses. Very friendly and definitely recommend this place. We need more people like Yamile in this world.

The customer care is great! I had been dealing with shipping issues for my contacts from the manufacturer and this store went above and beyond to help me out.
