Dr. Li was incredible- I have never had such a thorough eye exam before! She provided me with samples of multiple types of contact lenses to try over the course of ~a week to determine which ones I liked best which no other eye doctor has done for me before. When I was unable to get to the office in time to have my contacts picked up before leaving for a long trip she offered to stay open late and even went as far as dropping them off at my house when I was unable to get there. I was shocked and have truly never had this type of experience with any doctor before. Her response was "welcome to the Eyeloha Ohana. " I will be going to Dr. Li from now on and truly cannot recommend her practice enough.

Dr. Li is great. She takes into consideration my needs and lifestyle to help me find the best choices for my vision. Plus she genuinely cares about you as a person.

I have been coming to see Dr Li for 6 or 7 years now and I love going there. I changed company’s, but fortunately they take my new insurance so I was stoked to go back. Her and the staff are super friendly, accommodating, and know their stuff. I would recommend Eyeloha to any friends or family.

Don’t waste your time here. Extremely poorly managed place. They took 45 days to get my new frames, and then they were the wrong frames! Not to mention the man who works the front desk is extremely rude and argumentative. I wouldn’t come back here if you paid me.

I have been going here for years and this is the only place in San Diego I would go for my optometry needs. In an age of faceless mega corporations, Eyeloha is a shining example of why we need to support our local businesses and our community.

I love everything about Eyelowa. From the moment you walk in the door to when you leave it’s like being with family. She is comprehensive, personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I’m truely Greatfull.

I have been a patient of Eyeloha since before Lucinda took over. The previous optometrist was great but Ms. Luci Li is a blast! She and her ever-faithful front desk manager, Nestor are friendly, down to earth and professional.

They're always prompt, don't jam appointments back to back and I find it especially fun chatting in between the exam questions "One or Two? " Nestor and I talk fast cars and kids and Doc and I complain about middle age and then remind ourselves how blessed we are.

They also remind me to turn in my rebate docs and never push products. They have a nice selection of frames and some especially cool sunglasses. The small center they are located in is not favorable for parking (especially anything bigger than a compact) but one stop and you can get your eyes checked, have your nails and hair done and finish off with a slice of pizza!

I'll keep going to Eyeloha until I either go blind or they retire the business. I'll probably need cataract surgery by then, so there's something to look forward to! "Three or Four? "
