They initially didn't charge me anything to do a few fixes and then I signed up with them for their support plan. I'm so busy in the field so I love their ticketing system. They are fast at whatever I request! I love the fact I can track everything and its organized. I'm planning to do more business with some marketing with them. Good company love their follow ups.
