I came to see Eyton for unresolved chronic acid reflux. After about 4 weeks of acupuncture/cupping and taking recommended teas and digestive herbs, my reflux was gone. I have experienced 3 years of random gagging and fatigue 4-12 times a week until after my first accupuncture appointment because I went 4 it. I'm 25 and have been introduced to the book The Body Keeps the Score. I brought it up that I have trauma from an abusive past ️ and it took like two appointments to decide I'm going to need to make another.

I have a lot of experience receiving acupuncture and Eyton is among the best. He spends ample time listening and getting to understand the problem you present before starting to treat you and also his treatments are very effective. At least they have been for me. I have been dealing with a very chronic sinus infection for the better part of a year and, since his treatments (he also gave me chinese herbs), I notice way less congestion and feel my sinuses opening in a way I haven't felt in ages. I saw Eyton Shalom for dry needling for my sciatic pain about ten years ago and it worked great. I have not had any problems with it since. Last year I hurt my shoulder and saw Eyton right away and after 3 visits I am good to go.

He also prescribed Ayurvedic herbs for a Women's Health issue and a Chinese
Herb formula for when I feel like I'm coming down with a cold and I only have to take one dose and I don't get sick I've not been sick in 8 years.

I’ve had acupuncture done in the past but Dr. Shalom has by far been the best! I’ve had a lot of tension in my upper back/shoulder area for years that after just two sessions have significantly improved. So happy he was recommended to me! Looking forward to continue working with him.

I have been battling pudendal neuralgia (from complications during child birth). Last year I had a horrific flair and have been in physical therapy weekly for a year, on pain suppositories, and had two procedures to try an relax the muscles around the nerve and the pelvic floor. I had 2 different physical therapists suggest dry needling, so I finally decided to go see an acupuncturist. When I searched dry needling he was listed with rave reviews. I have never been to an acupuncturist, but at this point I had to find more alternative medical options.

Eyton spent time discussing my medical issues and pulled up images of the muscles that were surrounding my nerve. The dry needling was intense but after about 24 hours I felt great! I went once a week for 3 weeks, now I will be going monthly.

If you are struggling with nerve pain, I strongly suggest you try dry needling.
