A very pleasant experience, DMV issue with out state title was handled very professionally without all the hassle and waiting in lines at the DMV. They do all the paperwork.

"BEWARE" Wish i could give - 0) These people are shady money hungry, greedy snakes. They throw all kinds of little sneaky fees at you. They charged me $30 up front just to check how much it was gonna be to transfer a car to my name, Later my friend said they weren't suppose to charge me anything. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $225 on top of the $30. I asked for the quoted receipt, and they said. No" it stays here.
PLEASE. JUST GO TO DMV. I only paid $95 at DMV.

I don't recommend this place because I went to this place to change a title and a Chinese or Filipine woman told me I had to pay 100 and something she got my information and asked me if I wanted the new registration same day and I said yes and she said you have to pay 50 or 60 bucks more and I agreed but when she sow my address in Los angeles county she said o you have to pay 30 dollars more because you live out of orange county and I said what I'm applying for a change a title in the state of California why I have to pay more because I live in the los Angeles county? Los Angeles county is part of the state of California I no going to pay more because that is an abuse and I told her give me my papers back and she told me I had to pay $45 if I wanted back so I paid $ 45 for nothing i wasted my time and I had to go to the DMV so now I going to contact to the consumer affairs and report this place.

Quoted me 360, paid 195 at dmv, i understand a service fee of 65 to pay bills and whatnot but what exactly where the extra 100 dollars were going i have no clue.maybe to line the owners pockets.absolutey ridiculous. TIP TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE, get an estimate from dmv website 1st.these people will take advantage of your ignorance

My total visit time was 9 minutes.
I felt iffy at first doing my registration here because, it’s not the DMV. I made two phone calls prior to my visit to ask questions.
I really didn’t want to go to the Dmv since I know I’ll easily kill 45min of my time.
Anyways, I came out from EZ Auto very satisfied.
I highly recommend this place and I will visit again next year to renew my vehicle registration.

I recently moved from Boston and needed to register my car in California. My neighbor recommended this place, so I stopped by. Since I am a busy person, it was wonderful to pay a little extra and have everything taken care of. They seem very reliable and competent.

I had such an awesome experience at EZ Auto license. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is super nice and efficient. I was in and out in 20min on a Saturday! I will definitely be going back when needed!
