I’ve been coming in here for many years and have nothing but good things to say. Chris has always been helpful and professional, these people know what they’re doing, if you want it done right come here. I’ve never once had a problem once I started coming in here to file. I trust them to file my income tax return and know that it will be done by people who are looking out for the best interest of their customers. Thank you.

I needed a notary. Called 3 days in advance to make appointment. They told me to come in Saturday from. 10 am until 5 pm. I got there today which is Saturday, and they told me that he didn't work today. It was just a waste of time. There not reliable.

We have been going here for years. They are very professional and welcoming. Any tax issues they will help you fix it here, you won't regret it.

I filed my taxes with Jazmin for the tax year 2020. I initially scheduled a phone appointment with her and it got rescheduled twice delaying my tax submission 6 weeks. Additionally, I waited 6 weeks for my return and never received it. I reached out to Jazmin’s associates because she is never available and somehow my taxes did not file on the date it was supposed to. In the meantime i requested my tax documents to be sent to me via mail or email so that i may have for my records. The gentleman receptionist told me they would have it mailed and i never received my documents. A few months later I received mail from the IRS for an Audit. I reached out to her and her team for a month. I could never reach Jazmin and her associates gave me the run around. They responded to the IRS on my behalf and a few months later I received a response that my taxes were not filed properly so I owe money. I reached out to Jazmin and her team for two weeks and no response. Emails to her are suddenly bouncing back. No one answers the phone. I have left countless voicemails and no response. I’ve had the worst experience here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Please go to a place where you will not have communication issues and where your taxes can be handled correctly.

If I could give more stars I would! Jazmin and her Employees go above and beyond to help the community have a great tax experience. Her knowledge makes you feel like you made the right decision on choosing them to help with the dread of tax season! I 100% recommend them, they are all very knowledgeable!

Don't come here people they screw you up. I ask please don't file my taxes. What did Jazime do file my taxes they weren't even file right. That's messed up. Thanks Jazime. God see's everything we do to people.

Jazmin was very attentive and explained everything in regards to our taxes and how to file correctly. Made the mistake of doing them last year ourselves now will never stop going here! Would definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed
