So far, I love all the features of EZ text. It’s made running my business so much easier. I can contact all my clients every week for motivation and check ins.

EZ Texting has been one of the most user friendly text solutions that I have implementing. My team does not consist of marketing pros, however they have been very successful at using this platform. Also we have had to reach out to customer service a few times and they were very helpful and were able to resolve our issue in one call. Normally you are waiting for someone to get back to you but every rep was that my team has interacted with has been able to help and resolve the issue. I also love the integration options. Lastly, it is SUPER CHEAP/AFFORDABLE! Our ROI has been over 400% each month.

For the past couple of days, I have had to request a verification code. Why is this necessary?

EZ texting is a really easy service to learn. The customer service representatives are very helpful and nice.

This service is reliable, fast, efficient and easy-to-use. I have us d other services and this one is not only a better value, but better quality and a better price. If you are looking to communicate with a team, church, or other group, and don’t want to spend the rest of the day blowing up phones with all the responses to a group text, this is the way to go. Your people will stay informed and you engaged and it won’t break the bank.

Do not get involved with these people. They are a scam. I paid $75 for a plan to supposedly send 2000 text messages per month. I was only able to include 2 sentences in my text messages. Otherwise, it would be considered 2 or 3 text messages in one, if it included 3 or 4 sentences.

I sent 270 messages, and when I tried to send more, I got a message saying not enough credits.

I tried to contact Eztexting, but there was no phone number to call. I sent them a message, and the message said that they would reply after at least 24 hrs.

I waited for their response a day or two, and when they replied, it sounded like an advertisement and not an answer to my concerns. This was very inconvenient especially I was trying to send an invitation to my customers to Kickstart my business.

I kept trying to reach out to them, and then said that I needed a refund for my purchase. Then someone answered and said that they don't provide a refund after 24 hours from the purchase. I replied back and said that I am going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, and I never got a proper response from them.

Be careful and don't fall for their scam. They don't seem that they want to provide a service to make money. It's more like tricking and scaming people to make their money.

Worst texting company. DO NOT USE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! They are a total scam and will not accept their fault. Our account was locked due to a compliance issue, then it unlocked and allowed us to pay and schedule messages just to lock again and not send any of those texts. We paid them over $300 for absolutely nothing and now were told we could not get a refund after 24 hours.this is simply ridiculous and a total scam. After chatting with multiple agents, they would not allow us access to the account to even retrieve our invoices and would not refund us anything. One of their agents Elena C, left me waiting in the chat until it became inactive and I had to go back and talk to someone else. At the end she became really rude and said that If I would've wanted to, I would've reached out the same day to get a refund, not knowing our team was working to get this under compliance.

Arthur is a tremendous support. He explained everything in great detail, answered all my questions, and checked back in to ensure everything was running smoothly. He is a big reason why I stayed with EZ Text.

Worst company ever. Waste of money! Employee signed up for info and entered my credit card - charged me for $270 for a few months and we never used it. It auto renewed for $800 a year more and when I tried to cancel they refused to credit me or even prorate the few days off even tho we have not used it. Cannot reach anyone in person. Emailed me saying I did not cancel before renewal and refuse any credit. DO NOT TRY or you will be scammed by entering credit card they charge.

Initial start-up is amazing. Service verification and text in 48 hours when others charged us $100's and after 2 weeks still failed verification. API docs had me integrating messages in a matter of hours. Our SaaS app hinges on quality, reliable SMS messages and EZ Texting is the best source we've found for that.

Very good. Have used EZ for Big Brother Big Sister Foundation for years with good results. Aaron Bloomfield is terrific. Would love to see bulk upload, as we text more than 2-3K donors each day. I've been told your pricing may increase; that would be a problem for us. Overall, 5 stars all day.

Texting using EZ Texting is fairly easy to use. The agents are very responsive and courteous.

EZTexting has been a great tool for sending updates and event information to colleagues and clients. Group 1 way texting with the benefits of only me receiving the responses has been more than ideal.

Excellent service and easy to integrate and use with applications made in home. API documentation is super useful and technical support provides solutions and quick response. High recommend.
