Ezenwugo Medical Group and Urgent Care

Horrible testing conditions. Placed in a narrow hall way with people who are clearly positive. Go somewhere else.

NOT 24 HOURS despite a giant sign on the side of the building claiming to be. They respond to reviews claiming they're not "24 hour urgent care" yet they're the seemingly the only urgent care facility in the building.

Every time I try to go to be seen they are never open even though it states they are open. I was told to go pick up a prescription at the front desk and when arriving everything was locked up and closed. When calling and getting the after hours exchange when no one answers at the front desk, they are ready de and always tell you no on call doctor is available and to wait for a call back which you never receive. Would you trust them with your health?

I go here for my primary doctor and health care. Dr. Kaur is great, very thorough and kind. The front office ladies are patient and kind, especially Nina. Nina has gone above and beyond for me correcting others errors. I'm very happy here and recommend them.

I called in need of medical attention & they were able to schedule me the same day. Everyone was attentive, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend their Urgent Care facility.

This is my first time using this clinic. They were all very kind to me and even though I had 1 million questions and a whole list of services that I needed help with, they were extremely polite, very fast, and build my insurance appropriately. Not only all of that but I really appreciated the warm reception that I got from the front desk and how knowledgeable the doctor was. I would definitely recommend this place
