After talking and getting info from the owner Stephen under my first week of trial I was able to meet coach Joleen for the ultimate burnout. Studio is big, clean, the music is awesome and my favorite part.the lighting. You can do your workouts and focus on your forms without the stress of someone watching your sweat stains ;) I was encouraged by my classmates, Joleen corrected my form and I felt the burn for days. There are class passes, short and long term membership and I feel my next feeling awesome journey is just one phone call away.

Great classes, fantastic trainers, and a clean space. I've been to other F45 gyms, but this one is my favorite.

I’ve always been a fitness person, and have done stints all different kinds of gyms (bootcamps, CrossFit, martial arts, big name commercial, etc). F45 is probably my favorite of all. Workouts are athletic and challenging, but are also fun and efficient. 45 minutes of burn! Along with the type of workout/burn, up there in my list of criteria is personalization. I’ve gone to gyms where you could be there for a month and still no one knows your name. From the minute I walked into F45 diamond bar, I was addressed by name. Stephen, Dominic and Oscar are all very welcoming, and and are helpful/motivating during the sets. Another huge plus is that the gym is clean! Glad to be at F45!

I strongly recommend F45 to anyone looking to kickstart their fitness journey! The trainers and studio member are always enthusiastic and so motivating, I always look forward to the workouts and love the variety you get. Love F45!:)

I love this place! It’s very clean, the coaches are awesome and very helpful. I like that everything is set up you just have to show up and work. The workouts are challenging and will have u feeling accomplished. Definitely recommend this place.

I have been going to F45 Diamond Bar for the past 4 months. The staff are great, the workouts amazing, and I feel very safe there during this pandemic. The attention to cleanliness and sanitization is key to my feeling comfortable continuing my workouts during these challenging times.

This place is seriously the best! I'm brand new to F45 and I'm hooked. Stephen runs an awesome gym and all the trainers have the best attitudes and push you every single time you come out! I've tried yoga, spin, and other class-based workouts and I've never been so happy with the atmosphere and team mentality that you get at F45 diamond bar. Every time I leave class I'm pumped for the next one!

Really loving training here! Coaches are all warm, friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve also done a great job adapting for Covid, and have a safe, clean and spaced out environment in which to workout. Highly recommend!

The workout is challenging but the coaches motivate you and make sure you're doing the exercises correctly. Also, during this time, the sanitation practices and safety precautions the studio takes makes me feel safe.

I came here after my bootcamp shut down. I was pleasantly surprised at how fun it was and by day 2 of my 1week trial I was sold! The trainers are great at pushing you and also at providing modifications. It is also nice to be at a place that is covid-proof during these times. Everyone gets their temp taken before entering class, when switching stations everyone sprays the equipment down, and the trainers are always masked up. When it’s hot outside they have misters and fans and they also have fun led lights and music. It’s always a good vibe when you come here. If you are on the fence about trying it out DO IT!
