100% the best F45, amazing place to workout! Lecia runs a great studio with top trainers, shout out Shawn and Hussein! All the sessions are fun, inclusive and we enjoy being part of the F45 Newport Beach family. Would recommend to anybody! Callum & Hannah

Great way to start my day! New to the area and all are very welcoming. It’s a quick paced format, but trainers consistently check form and stamina. It is a very encouraging environment. I highly recommend
