6The team is phenomenal, they coach you through the work outs, provide modifications of needed. The circuits change daily so you’ll never get bored of the routine. It’s is extremely clean as well! You must try it!
Great instructors. Bernadette, Jenny and Cassidy are amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. They are all great motivators, and you can tell they enjoy being there and care about your success.
Classes are fun and incredibly challenging. High intensity workouts for all shapes and sizes. Classes are small so it feels like a more personalized experience.
The trainers are so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this gym. It's so fun and uplifting. 5 stars!
I love F45! The trainers are all so knowledgeable, courteous, encouraging and helpful! It’s amazing what a great workout you can accomplish in just 45 minutes! I also love that the workouts can be adapted to any skill/fitness level and that they are always different. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good workout or to get started again.
Love F45. Has been the best workout I've had in a while. Ambiance is great as well
