F45 Training Sunset Strip, West Hollywood CA

I’m thrilled with the F45 Sunset Strip location, I tried several F45 gyms around LA on class pass before getting a membership, they’re all different franchises and this location was the one that went above and beyond the rest. There is always two trainers present who are consistently attentive with form correction/tips and just overall motivating energy while engaging the whole class. Excited to start the upcoming 45 day challenge! Let’s go!

The staff are what makes this place somewhere I want to come to everyday. They are supportive, kind, encouraging, welcoming, talented and awesome! The set up of the circuits are excellent, challenging but achievable. It was my 10th session today and I feel a difference in my strength, fitness and determination already. Yay - go me:)

Great energy and staff. Everyone is optimistic and the workouts are always changing so I never get bored! High energy, good music, great location and super fun.

Super-great workout! The trainers are attentive and help you if you happen to be doing an exercise wrong. The class operates on a back-and-forth between different workouts with a minute of intensity and a minute of rest, so you don't have time to be tired! I've seen my body transform within just a few weeks! And everyone is super nice. I recommend it to everybody I know!

I was in WeHo for a week and got a week pass for F45 Sunset Strip. I'm a regular at a studio in Canada, and have been to a number of F45 studios throughout North America, and while I've had positive experiences at all of them, my week at F45 Sunset Strip absolutely stood out.

The vibe is so fun, the other people training are friendly, I was here during WeHo pride and they decorated the whole studio for it. The reason for this review, though, is because I want to shout out the trainers - who somehow managed to make me feel so comfortable and welcome almost instantly.

There's something awkward about going into a new gym for the first time, but every time I walked in I felt welcomed with open arms. Trainers were watching like a hawk, always with feedback and advancements, while dancing, singing and having a great time.

I've found all F45 trainers that I've met to be awesome, but at this studio they were just next level. Really don't want to diminish anyone else, but I want to specially shout out Erin and Nic who both absolutely went so far out of their way to make me welcome (and keep me honest!).

In conclusion - this studio is amazing, and I absolutely can't wait to come back.

The benefit to choosing F45 as your gym membership is the dedication and commitment these coaches have towards your health and physique. They don't just take away your light weights, they give you the heavier weights when it is warranted. Everyone is very nice and encouraging to be your better self. The challenges they hold are an excellent way to bring together a group of like minded individuals and have some good ol' fun competition (And you even get prizes, nice prizes not just a T-shirt that says Champion). And of course the knowledge that these coaches possess makes you feel at ease knowing you'll be doing proper form.

Best HIIT class! All of the trainers are AWESOME and super friendly. The classes are perfectly structured and are challenging in the best way possible. Parking is also validated, which is a huge plus.

Just started w F45 for the first time and I love it! The Coaches are amazing! Each one of the them helps motivate and pushes you to get that extra 10% in. Everyone in this gym is very friendly and I have been sore every day so far lol That means it works!:)

I recently joined F45 and it didn't take me long to sign up to become a member. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me and strived to help me correct my form. I've done several HIIT classes before and the attention and motivation by the coaches at F45 Sunset Strip is incomparable. I cannot be happier with my choice and look forward to improving myself day by day!

The best HIIT class ever! The trainers are very nice, welcoming and encouraging during the classes. Post-workout I felt I had more energy! The music is on point and gets your heart rate up!

I have been going to this gym since it opened. The team is great and even though your first class might be intimidating, everyone is warm and welcoming and invites you into the family. F45 is one of the best group workout classes i have done.the trainers are also amazing, especially Anna and Nic.

I've been an avid F45er for 2 1/2 years and I've gone to several locations. I absolutely love the Sunset location because of the amazing trainers.

Trainers like David push me to level up and help me correct form. He's also just so funny and supportive and makes working out very enjoyable (even the rower- which I do not stan).
