I have been going to Kelli for over 20 years. I have alopecia and she does an amazing job with my custom pieces. Coloring and styling are performed with care to detail and personalization. I totally trust her and have referred her to friends who have also been happy with their results.

Face to Face is amazing! Kelli is the ONLY person I will let color my hair. She works with you to make sure your hairstyle works with your skin tone and your lifestyle. She gets to know YOU and that is rare these days. I highly recommend this salon!

I have been wearing my customized wig for a few days and I want to provide feedback.

I have alopecia.

There are some concerns about the color of the scalp of the wig in my brown skin. When I walk fast or there is a strong wind there is a clear demarcation of where the the white base of the wig starts and my brown skin begins.

I will not be returning to your shop as I was insulted multiple times by your calling me passive and unsophisticated. I am a person with feeling (just as you are), it is not fair that I should have to try and defend my personal style and communication choices to you. I am not sure if you get away with this with your other client, but I am sure it is not beneficial.

This process of buying this wig was a costly experience for me I wanted to be open to your thought and insights because you are the professional and I lacked experience with buying wigs in general. The hair itself was not the hair from the two choices that you gave me and the ear tabs sit on my ears which makes the wig uncomfortable when I wear my glasses.

Purchasing a customized wig was an interesting and costly experience, that I do not want to repeat.

Hopefully she gets her rotten teeth fixed with my money.
