I love this place. Angela May's is the Best. She is very attentive and always goes the extra mile. I greatly appreciate her so much. The staff is very friendly.

UPDATED REVIEW: the manager kristen called me right away after seeing my review and she immediately apologized how my facial went, she was very sweet and understanding.she offered me another facial to make me happy which i really appreciate.thank you kristen!

i just got a hydrafacial from them not even 20 minutes ago.the worst facial i have ever done.when i got a hydrafacial back in August and had a great esthetician named Nicole. She was so sweet and went through the facial nice and slow. I was so excited to get another one today, I walk in at 4: 55, and they didn’t take me in till 4: 05 and waited after i changed into my gown till 4: 10, Izzy did the facial super rushed and aggressive on my face. It wasn’t even relaxing. Most of the product was dripping down my ear, she didn’t even do any extractions on my face. She finished my face at 4: 56. Not even the full 60 minute platinum facial. I never do reviews but come on I pay so much for this facial and I have high expectations for it. It’s sad that my face doesn’t feel good.

Bad attitude and horrible service. Manager is so rude. They sell expired products and overcharge constantly while pretending to be naive. Watch your back and check your bill and CC charges. Found a much better business elsewhere.

Lilli is a great aestician. I had a derma plane followed by an Image firming mask. She knows what she is doing and very professional. Doesn’t make a lot of noise in the background with opening jars and drawers etc. Will be back to see her on Tuesdays.

Kristen called me 3 days after my appointment to apologize and try to work through all the issues. I trust her assurances will be true, and I made the decision to continue my treatments and see if I can use up the money already in my account. I changed my rating from a q to a 3 as my treatment was done with excellence. It was my front office issues that caused it to be a 3.

I felt nervous about receiving a facial during the pandemic, but my skin was an absolute mess. This was my first time at Faces365, and I can honestly say it was the best facial I have ever had! The esthetician was incredible and helped me get started on an at-home regimen of Yonka and Image products. Two months later, my skin has never looked better! I have never seen results like this from previous products. I also appreciate the time the esthetician took to explain what products were necessary for my skin concerns.

I was also happy about the cleanliness of the spa and felt the right protocols were in place to make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend their services.

With COVID and all the mask wearing my skin has been in pretty bad shape. I was recommended to come here and with getting regular facials along with the $60/mo.membership I would see great results. My friend was definitely right! Not only is it a very reasonable price and helps me save money and top quality services but my skin has cleared up SO much and i'm seeing wonderful overall improvements. The staff is very friendly with a smile always on their face and the owner really cares about the overall experience. The products that they offer are also great, really work, and are very affordable.

Seriously, $135 and the technician wore loose latex gloves the ENTIRE service! ALL I felt was pulling and swish swish from the rubber. No real arm or neck massage and she was abrupt and took lengthy pauses between applications. Never again will I go there & waste my $$

Amazing experience at this Spa. They have a wide variety of facials to choose from at affordable prices. The spa is very sanitary, and clean with a great atmosphere. My skin always feel hydrated and nourished after receiving a service here. Highly recommend, great company all around!

UPDATE!
The manager Kristen responded to me right away after she saw my previous review in hopes of making things right. We scheduled a time to chat over the phone and she really listened to my concerns and was very helpful in explaining how the process should have gone. She offered for me to come back for any facial of my choice and she explained thoroughly what each facial offered entailed. I decided to give them another chance. She also set me up with an amazing esthetician named Patti. I came back this morning and my experience was a night and day difference! The experience was just what I was hoping for. She was very kind and professional and I even decided to sign up for a membership to come back and see Patti again!

My fiance gave me a gift card here precovid and I was finally able to use it. When I called to book my appointment I was told I would get the vitamin c facial and wasn't given any other options. I was told that this is the facial that all new members get. I went online to look up this type of facial and there was no information on their website. When I arrived I came to my appointment on time. I walked in and the receptionist was helping another client. After several minutes she decided to greet me. She also told me to fill out some information and said that I would be forfeiting 10 minutes of my facial time. She said to hurry up and fill it out so I could have the maximum time and stated that they are booked up for the day. I mentioned that I arrived to my appointment on time. So heads up if it's your first time here, make sure you arrive early! I also asked if she could find out the balance of my gift card so I could add upgrades to my facial, I was never given this information prior to my facial so I just went ahead with the basic vitamin c facial. During the facial, the forehead wrap would not stay put and the esthetician mentioned it's because the Velcro is not good. It ended up falling off and I left with a greasy head of hair after I just washed it last night. The 50 minute facial I was expecting lasted about 35 minutes. She also wore disposable gloves the entire time she touched my face. I don't know who in their right mind would pay this kind of money for this experience, however I suppose people just have money to blow. When I was checking out, a different receptionist helped me and she was very kind and sweet. She was able to look up the giftcard balance right away for me. I also mentioned to her that it would have been nice to know what other upgrades I could have paid for prior to my facial. She offered to see if she could give me the introductory price to come back for a microdermabrasion facial and I politely declined. Not the peaceful experience I was hoping for unfortunately.

I was a member here for 10 years. I can no longer recommend. I would advise anyone looking for an honest company to run away. After being a member for so many years I had over a thousand dollars in credits as well as a micro current package and was still paying monthly. I needed to have surgery and would not be able to use my membership for several months. The MGR (pre covid) put my membership on hold and was very nice about it but then covid and lock downs came. I am an ICU RN I was constantly exposed to Covid and didn't want to expose others. When I finally was able to safely get back to life the MGR informed me that I had lost all my credit and packages. If I wanted I could rejoin and pay a monthly rate again to receive a facial. I think we can all agree covid was hard on everyone and not the norm but how you respond to adversity tells a lot about you as a business.
Response to owner: You may feel it is acceptable to lie and bend the truth but your shady business practices will catch up with you. We had many face to face conversations about what was going on and your offer to put my account on hold when you were going through your divorce and after when I was ill. I did communicate with your staff. Bottom line is your word is not good. It was not my role to make notations on the account that you / your staff put on hold.

A facial just cost me almost $400! Do NOT buy into this SHAM membership! I purchased a membership after they re-assured me that I could put my membership on pause three months out of the year if I couldn't get time for an appointment. When I tried to do this after 9 months of paying a monthly fee (two months during COVID shutdown), they tried to change the rules and say I could use my credit, but only at NON-MEMBER prices - which means you are giving them money every month just to get charged the same price as someone who just walks in! So I cancelled and they said I had 60 days to use 9 months of credits, which wasn't possible since they kept shutting down. Just called in early February and they told me I had points left, so I booked a facial and micro add. Then AFTER my service they told me I don't have any points and should have used them before my 60 days ran out (even though they said I had points when I booked it). The gal in front said they've been open since September and so I had plenty of time. TOTAL LIE. I have an email from them saying they are "finally opening again January 19". Paid $198 on top of the $160 in prepaid credit they refused to honor. Don't ever use this shady place - the owner is dishonest and they will steal your money.

Wish I could figure out how to post a picture of the burns that were left on my forehead after having a facial. I have three nickel size burns, deep burns that are now scabbed over. When I called they were closed, I left a message and never received a call back. When I called the day they opened they told me to “ice” it and it should help it. Didn’t offer to refund my money and told me I would still be charged for next month. The lady who did my facial was super nice but this was the second time something happened.
Update: I now have had eyelid dermatitis from getting Salic acid on my eyes during the facial. So now I’m having to apply steroid cream provided by a dermatologist in hopes that it can heal nicely.
