I'm not sure if it is the Doctor billing or the billing department creating the bill but my husband just went for annual physical and the office visit was added only because he discused with the Doctor about his stomach pain. No test was ordered or anything. I've got a $100 bill for this stomach pain question: (which he regrets doing). Plus when I called the billing department the worker was able only, to tell me they were not going to cancel my bill, because, I mentioned the stomach pain and that would bill me. I never asked her to change the bill, definitely changing PCP. Her explaination was very impressive. Rude receptionist on billing department and poor service.

Office staff were delightful. I got inn and out in under one hour. Really nice large waiting room and the medical staff and physician were wonderful. I had blood drawn and it was the best I’ve ever had. Didn’t even feel the needle. I love this facility.

Honestly I had such a good experience at this office. I was so nervous about coming in as I hadn’t been to the doctors in years and they all made me feel extremely welcome. I appreciated the measures they had in place for keeping us distanced in the lobby and temp checks before entering. I had Dr. Lin and she was exceptionally awesome and kind. The nurse I had was stellar too! I wish I could remember her name, I’m so sorry. But she gave me my pneumonia vaccine and I never even felt the needle go in. I’ve always had bad needle anxiety and she literally gave me the shot without me even feeling a thing. Office staff was considerate and fast as well. I didn’t wait long to see the doctor and was in and out in maybe 30 minutes, give or take. I’m glad that I went in, thank you so much to Dr. Lin and the whole staff at Facey!

The entire facility is actually extremely nice and brand new, and the waiting rooms are huge so you don't have sick children coughing on your neck and you have your own personal bubble (unlike nasty lakeside medical whose waiting rooms are the size of my bathroom). I also like that you can get your bloodwork done in the same office, so you can do it right after your appointment and be done with it. They have big comfortable chairs in the room where you get your blood drawn and you dont have to worry about them not being able to find a vein because they actually have legit experience.

I reccomend Dr. Lin, she is a wonderful and incredibly smart doctor. I love that she would rather be safe then sorry, and she will take the initiative to have you get additional tests or set you up with a specialist.

I had a huge breast lump a while back and Dr. Lin went above and beyond what I've ever seen any doctor do. She even made my appointment for additional screenings for me to ensure I got in within the next few days, and called me personally to give me the appointment details. She always takes the time to make sure you have gotten all the possible options and done everything necessary to address any illness or condition you have. You can tell each patient really matters to her and she wants to do everything possible to keep your health 100%.

The people at the front desk are also really nice, I don't know why the other reviews have had bad experiences. They always call me with my lab results and they're never rude when I have spoken to them. Also the front desk staff are professional and never discuss patients among each other or talk badly about someone they just got off the phone with, which I have seen every single other medical center except for Facey do, so that to me shows how professional and trained they are and required to follow strict rules regarding patient privacy. Thank god!

I have been going here for a couple of years and been satisfied with their services when I had Anthem Blue Cross medical insurance. But as a Medicare patient the billing dept.or Facey Medical Group can not get the coding corrected. I have reached out to them and I still get a bill from Quest not fixing the problem. This has been going on for several months. I think that they are to big of a medical group to resolve a problem. I will seek a new doctor with a better billing dept. I'm giving them Two stars for the billing dept. If you go here as a medicare patient be warned. They don't seem to have enough knowledge on how Medicare works.

She's a great dr UNTIL your child gets sick. Had to take my daughter to the hospital to fix something Dr Pat did to my daughter and she has no idea she did anything wrong. She medicates even if she has no idea what is wrong with your child.

I love this office. All facey facilities are good but this one for me is way faster.
Went to porter ranch and I was treated so poorly by the doctor.never went back again. Terrible bedside manners. Even went as far a saying "your here for 1 problem only" when I told her to add a1c to my blood work since i am prediabetic.
Anyway, I came here because I follow Dr. Pattan from another office. She has been a sweet and nice pediatrician for my son and daughter.
My daughter was born under Kaiser but I love Dr. Pattan so much I told my husband she needed to be under his insurance so we can take her to Dr. Pattan.
I will follow her anywhere!
Hope she stays as their pediatrician till my kids are 18!
Cant say enough about the friendly staff.
Love how fast they are that I now come here for me too.

Horrible experience i love the doctors but costumer services is awful they need to train they front desk for a better costumer services if they don't want patients to go someplace else.

I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Caputo and his amazing nurse Kaleigha (don’t know if that’s spelled right)! They are both very caring and compassionate. I’ve been a patient for about 2 years now and will never see a different doctor EVER. I get taken back very promptly and am seen by the Dr.with hardly any waiting! These are 2 great people who actually DO their job! Hard to find these days.

They only let you come in for a flu shot during "flu clinics" after waiting for 20 minutes with my 2 year old, they told us that they ran out of flu shots. The flu season has just barely started, whomever was responsible for ordering deserves to have every flu patient that comes in cough directly in their face.
