Facey Medical Group - Northridge

After visiting the Dr and took lab tests no one called to let me know about my high cholesterol, they sent me a link to go and check the result myself, told them I work in aviation I have no idea what do all medical terms mean and if I need to tale any medicine? Called twice somebody said, oh we are gonna make a note and someone will call you in three business days, I’m like the result shows I have high cholesterol and some other more issues and someone gonna call me in three business days? ! Never go there again.still waiting for call!

Do not go to Dr Kim because of her negligence our son got diagnosed with autism late and we weren’t able to get him the help he needed early on. Always rushed us through the appointments and never listened to my concerns in regards to all the signs leading to autism. So sad and unfortunate that we put our trust and rely on these doctors for support and their practitioner skills are so poor negligent. Stay away from this “so called pediatrician”.

I am very disappointed that the Facey medical group is tagged as one of the best medical group but they have a staff with the last name SNELL (if that is how you spell it or if its actually her name) who is rude, who cuts you off, who is not welcoming, who refuses to give number for customer relations, who is refuses to be friendly… they should know that when someone calls their office they should understand that whoever is calling might be having problems or sick or medical concerns and they should be empathetic to whoever they are talking to. I was calling in behalf of my dadand because i am also a representative myself i know that they need to speak to the member to get authorization but the representative was rude because i mistakenly called my husband instead of my dad, she made rude comments, she then later said that she was just doing her job but she can do her job by BEING NICE AND RESPECTFUL! I really dont care what they say, but its how you say it that will make a lot of difference.
I have filled complain regarding this doctor’s staff but she is refusing to give me a number for customer relations and said that she can just take the message and when i told her that i was complaining about her she was sarcastic about it. Its sad that one person can stain the reputation of the whole facey group. If they can not be nice to the family members of their members then that is so sad
So i hope that someone will take notice and give attention to this as no one deserves to be treated that way!
I will give that representative ZERO rating for customer service…she should be doing this job

Had an appointment Wednesday morning for a knee pain and was seen by a nurse practitioner. She was not friendly and really didn't seem to concerned about my pain. I had gotten an Xray at Urgent Care and was told to get a MRI, I informed her of this but since it was on a CD, they couldn't open the file. She ordered me to have another xray done before getting a MRI. It's been 48 hours and NO phone call. I called today only to be told I still have to WAIT for a phone call. Why is it taking 3 days foe them to tell me my results when they made it seem like they would have the results the same day. Find another physician to go to.

I was highly impressed with this location. The staff were very positive, warm, and professional. The front lobby and the back rooms were very clean and organized. The staff were very respectful and were not on their phones or having personal conversations like in other facilities. I would highly recommend Facey and this location.

Dr Salcedo is the best doctor she listens to you never rushing in and out of the room we love her she take care of me and my family we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate doctor.

The doctors are great at this location. However the front desk staff specially at pediatric dept are rude.
