Doctors are nice and helpful. But the admin process needs some serious help. I have been trying to set up an appoint. It has been 96 minutes and the system is still playing music and saying "a representative will be with you shortly"

Horrible experience with colonoscopy. Moderation sedation was not sufficient to put me under to not feel the scope going through my insides; never was expressed that I would not be "out" for the procedure. I have been put out for oral surgery numerous times so that I know was not an issue. Asked to have procedure stopped because of the pain and Dr. Beshay refused. No sympathy, no sorry it hurt. I will NEVER do this again. Previous experiences with this facility have been great.

I am very happy and thankful to say that Ms. Leticia Bustos (phone room) provided excellent customer service. I had to cancel an appoinment and reschedule it due to a family emergency. She was very kind and understanding and tried her best to provide another appointment date. I really appreciate her kindness and compassion. People like her make a lot of difference in today's unfriendly world. Thanks again

There was no list or map to find your doctor, the information desk was close

He said to wait. We waited and find out they we need to go to second floor

Stay away! They will eat up your day and you will receive the worst care ever. I was recently helped by the green team.this location has managed very poorly. Operations department needs major help.

Facey is the best. Friendly staff, actual doctors that know medicine. Like anywhere you need to check out your own docs. I've only changed once so far. The bottom line is check ins are easy, appts are usually on time and rarely late. It's the people and staff that make it. I hate hospitals and
