We went in March of 2023 to look around because we were in the market for a manufactured home for our ranch. 2 years prior we were in contract with a Skyline home and it fell thru. When the time was right we knew we wanted to buy a Skyline home. The quality is second to none!

We decided to start the process in late April 2023 and went in to choose the home and all of the small and large details. Isabel knows her stuff in and out and if she did not know she found out in record time.

It took us a minute to secure financing and in July our home started the building process at the Skyline Woodland factory.

As Isabel helped us in the beginning, her Husband Neal, was the bookend to our experience. He came to the site prior to ordering and told us what needed to be done. He hired transportation for our home to be brought to the property. When it was delivered he made sure it was placed perfectly where we wanted it! August 17 our home was placed. Neal and his VERY hardworking team were done 3 weeks later where we had to wait for Skyline to schedule flooring. Once they were done Neal and his team came out to carpet and complete what Skyline wasn’t able to.

We just closed on our home Friday September 22 and could not be any happier.

From start to finish Isabel and Neal with Factory Direct Homes were professional, kind, thorough, and patient with us. They answered our questions very promptly. We NEVER felt we had a lack of communication with them as they answered calls, texts, and emails sometimes immediately and never more than a day later.

When there was a problem with scheduling flooring with Skyline, Isabel stayed on top of it until it was finally completed! Had it not been for the flooring we would have been completed in exactly a month.

We were exploring small units to add an adu to our property. Kim, Isabel, and Neal were all fantastic. They helped us determine the most affordable unit and picking out the various add-one was fun! They showed us alternate options with better floor plans at an even lower price. When Neal came to the property, his quote was honest and he understood our needs. I compared their prices to other manufactured home companies on the same street in west sac. They had the best prices in units as well as proposed construction costs.
