I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK AND I AM AWAITING MY DRESS FOR BABY SHOWER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Been trying to contact them after an online order for over 5 days now with not one single response.paid Express for delivery in Australia. No confirmation order received, funds taken from my account immediately and not a single form of contact after the payment when through. Can't even see if I am ever going to get my outfit as NO ONE will communicate or respond to my 20 emails. 0 stars if I could.

I ordered express delivery. However it took almost 4 weeks to arrive. I did try contacting them via the website and through emails with no response. I opened a PayPal dispute case, and the next day I had a tracking number which I received 10 days after order date. Finally arrived, and I was super impressed with the dress! It fits perfectly, and for the price the quality is really good! So despite the initial hiccup, I am super happy! Arrived 4 days before my event. Phew! Allow yourself bundles of time to receive your item If it is before an event.

Wish it was possible to give negative stars. The customer service is absolutely non existent. Place an order in May and surprise surprise nothing has turned up. After numerous email I finally got a response to say my items were lost in transit and new order would be sent out - nothing has arrived. I have seriously sent another 20 messages/phone calls and absolutely no response. This company is a shame. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THEM!

Came in to buy a dress to attend a wedding and Raquel was beyond helpful. Helped me choose the type of dresses I wanted to try, gave great advice, and was just nice overall. Enjoyed my first experience coming here and will be coming back/recommending it to friends.

Such a cute store at the main place mall in Santa Anna for wedding guest dresses, and for any special occasion, and the customer service was amazing! Thank you Racquel for your attentiveness and amazing energy! I definitely recommend, and I will be back!

Beautiful dress on display! The owners are wonderful people, they don’t make you feel pressured to buy items. You’re allowed to take pictures and try on items which is my favorite part! The dresses I tried on were all beautiful and very very inexpensive for the amazing quality! I recommend everyone coming here and checking their online website for their future events!

Giving 5 stars mainly for customer service.
My daughter had her eye on one dress and one dress alone … it also happened to be the last one in the store of that style but unfortunately was broken and ill fitting.: (
We were going to walk away empty handed but Danielle was so helpful and offered ideas! So even though we’ll have to do some work to fix it my kid was happy, we have a project and she will hopefully have her perfect dress.
So many other beautiful dresses as well… we’ll def be back for the next event!
