Fair Oaks Family Dental, Pasadena CA

I came here to get braces 2 months ago and all I’ve gotten is two brackets and I’ve had to pay 150 every visit and the customer service isn’t that great all they seem to care about is the payments but I am yet to get most of my braces.

My son has been getting treatment for 2 years and his braces are finally coming off today. His teeth look amazing.

I had a good experience with this office with my daughter. She was so happy when the braces came off. Her smile is beautiful.

Amazing, great, relaxing.just a few words to describe my experience. After years of being terrified of getting my teeth checked out and worked on I finally overcame my nervousness and visited Fair Oaks Family Dental. From beginning to end I felt comfortable, informed and RELAXED! Also, my teeth look and feel great, nothing was painful or uncomfortable.

This entire team has been incredible since the first time I had to come in for an emergency wisdom tooth removal. I was so afraid to have it done but it was such an easy process and they paid super close attention to make sure I was fine even post-care. Now I will be going back to get anything else I need done. Highly recommend!

I lost a filling during these days of sheltering in place/COVID 19 and they were able to get me in for an emergency visit almost immediately (after having no available appointments at 3 other dentist offices).
I was treated by a safe, clean office and friendly staff.

I never thought I would say this.but I really enjoyed my visit to the dentist. The Doc was amazing and the Staff was very professional. You feel at home as soon as you come in. The service was beyond VIP and the most important thing is they take their time to go through all of your options and understand them. Most importantly they want to make sure you're happy and healthy.
So happy I found my dentist.

I ended up having a root canal and fair oaks family dental was excellent. They even followed up with me twice over the phone after the more difficult round of the treatment which was really nice and made me feel well taken care of. They were quick and thorough and as someone who is quite sensitive, I don't have any complaints! I appreciate his honesty with the priority of what needs to be addressed first (especially if you are paying out of pocket) and how he cares for his patients. His office staff is really nice as is there hygienist and they call to confirm appointments which is super helpful.

The most professional and fun dental office I have ever been in. Dr. Sinai is super talented, compassionate and professional.

I can't say enough good things about this place, ‐and all of the staff are absolutely amazing. So nice, friendly, and professional. They are the best when it comes to your smile. I had veneers placed on my top eight teeth and they made the process so seamless and easy. I couldn't be happier with my new smile. They are so helpful every step of the way. I'm very happy and satisfied with this dental clinic. They were very detailed and thorough. I was very well taken cared of and felt at ease all throughout the procedure. I'm definitely bringing in my husband and two kids to this dental clinic. I finally found my dentist! Thanks a lot fair oaks!

Came here for the second time and I could not be more impressed with the services and hospitality that this place gave me. I was taken care of right away and talked to about all of my services. I'm a chicken when it comes to the dentist, so this really helps my fear. All the assistants and other nurses are always checking up on me and making sure I'm ok. Everything is clean and professional and now I love coming to the dentist!

All the ladies are awesome and do very well with the kids, helping them stay calm. Very awesome staff!

I had a lot of needed work done over the last year and wish I had found Fair Oaks Family Dental years ago. The staff is friendly and dentists are knowledgeable and thorough while being concerned and kind.
