It's the worst clinic in California, the doctor is bad and the staff are very bad. They lie a lot to the sick….

Read my 100 page review on yelp on why I appreciate this place and Dr. Sadie. The mental health scene in Sacramento is weak but if you need help go here. It’s getting better all the time and these are people who care.

This is my second visit and both have been extremely late. An hour or longer. The therapists office smelled like a pet shop. These people have made me late for other plans and added additional stress.

This place is not a place to go if you need need any type of help. The doctors there despite the knowledge of what is going on with medications will allow patients to overdose and give meds knowing full well they are not being use as directed or prescribed. How in anyway this place is allowed to practice or even be allowed to treat anyone with a mental disability is a joke! If you want to just be another dollar in their pockets and you really do want to be helped and your goal is to be helped making your condition worse or if you need aid in committing suicide then by all me this is the place you seek. If you actually want help or you are trying to obtain help for a loved one. The please for your sake and the sake of the person you love so not call this place no matter what the situation. Your better off without any help then try to obtain any help from this place! Please. Do not go here. One of life’s do not’s!

Just wrote out my story that was immediately deleted.
I am slowly recovering from a complete and total mental breakdown, because of the complete and utter negligence, that has ruined my trust of the psychiatric community. I hope when I get stable that the story will be shared.
They ignore you when you need them the most. They finally gave me a small amount of my medicine back. I cried for two hours, inconsolablly, she lectured me got mad at me, and gave me more pills for depression and sedation. I just begged Debbie Fallon to help me stop being hysterical stop crying how to stop.
If she hadn't given me this first line treatment for what I was going through, I'm not sure I would have made it.
I'm still not stable. Don't know what I'm going to do.

The prize in this office is Dr. Anthony Luza. He is thoughtful, kind, insightful and his feedback always makes it obvious that he was really hearing and listening to you.on several occasions he was quick to spot not only when meds modifications were needed, but has excellent knowledge of the various options.my experience with Dr. Mehtani was a tremendous disappointment. I was very happy to be able to be one of Dr. Luza's patients.

My experience here over the years is mixed. Lilly at the front desk is always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The office manager leaves something to be desired. A very verbal complaint to Dr. Mehtani went in one ear and out the other. Dr. Fallon is probably the most sane one of them all. What patients need to realize though is that that these doctors do provide for a great deal of the areas needed outpatient psychiatry so, the case loads are heavy. So try to be patient. The key thing is to always make an appointment, and keep it! Always show about 5-10 minutes before your time, find a comfy seat, get a cold cup of water from the cooler, play a game on your phone, and chill out. Your doctor will appreciate your patience. Make sure to see Lilly before your leave and make another appointment to see your psych. It's really not that bad of a place in comparison to other not to good places. No one loiters, there are other businesses and foot traffic, decent area. Not that bad.

Horrible place. It's dirty, unprofessional, the staff are rude and the doctors are lazy. Dr. Tubis is lazy. He hasn't updated my report in over a month of being seen and now my insurance benefits are stopped. I have rent to pay and I have to borrow money and struggle because his lazy doctor didn't put any information in the computer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The secretaries do not answer phones at all. Ever. They will never return your calls either. Go somewhere else!

I have been going to mental health facilities for years never felt like i was getting the help i needed.whether it was physicians that didn't spend enough time like 10 minute appointments and just throw pills at me and say see you in 3 months or not listening to me or even asking how i was doing.i was fed up i stopped taking my pills stop seeing doctors completely for 2 years. Then thru life i lost my dad to cancer i needed help. I went to Fair Oaks Psychiatric again skeptical that i would get the help i needed. I only can say that i was blessed my new physicatrist was Sadie Betito the most caring and knowledgeable person in the mental health industry i ever met. Sadie treats you like a friend or even family for that matter she listens to you and very compassionate and caring and knows alot about meds she doesn't dope you up and send you on your way i can go on and on about Sadie one thing i will say i Sadie Betito saved my life and i thank god every day that i am fortunate to now Sadie and i look forward to seeing her every visit She is truly one of gods gifts

Well accessible place with elevator/ disabled access in the main staircase at middle of building complex. Large number 2951 pointing to the office, 2nd floor of building. If you are looking at the flagpole from Fulton Ave, 2951 is on the left wing. There's a stair right below the office for people who can use the stairs.

This place is great. I've had two counselors over the last few years here that have been wonderful. They helped me out with a lot of things including evaluations, referrals and problematic prescriptions. The walls are a little thin in some offices but otherwise I'm mystified why so many low reviews because everything else is just great. I guess it makes sense this place attracts disgruntled folks.

Nothing. Office staff is terrible and routinely place patients in danger. They frequently refuse to answer the phone and don't give the doctors their messages. Dr Mahan is the worst doctor I have ever met and doesn't seem to care about anyone but himself. Avoid this place. Complaint in the process with proper authorities. Don't take a chance on your mental health.

Ive never had a worse experience at a doctors office. Had some issues with a medication and they wont call me back after repeated messages and attempts to get some help. Secretary was worse than any person who has ever helped me in any establishment in my entire life. Dont go here.

I have never felt so disrespected in my life. They did not even address my anxiety disorder they jumped straight into switching my medication that I have been on for over 5 years and has worked very well for me. I am sorry but NO I do not want to be switched to a medication for ptsd & depression!? For my anxiety/ panic disorder. How dare these people just not care and say oh well take this new medication or nothing? How do you make a person choose between being in pain every day or having panic attacks? I will NEVER come here again! There is a reason they are rated 1.5 stars! Unbelievable

Nothing but a pill mill for drug companies. People are crammed into the office until there is no more room. Each person is seen for about 15 minutes, given no health check and instantly prescribed medication. There is often a drug company representative there who seems to be monitoring the flow or perhaps waiting to give out bonuses. This place is probably a criminal operation - and it is the only psychiatrist in town that the County sends people to. I am trying desperately to go somewhere else and nowhere else exists.
