Randy Ducat at fair trade is great! We have purchased two properties from him and it was a great experience all around. The first deal had some hiccups but Fair Trade really stepped up and made the prop lens go away and even helped us out in other ways to make it a great transaction! Definitely recommend Randy and Fair Trade for great real estate deals!

While closing on a home I sold to this real estate investor brokerage, they didn't pay my Fees I added to addendum, for closing late. Ive tried relentlessly to get that money, but no luck. I need to close on time to move to my new home and get funds to my new home in the Inland Empire. Such a bad experience. Uggh
