No free parking, they don’t explain breakdown prices to you. Because I didn’t book directly with them they told me they could not honor my AAA discount and my microwave I requested in my room. You have to go to the 3rd floor to use a microwave. I do have to say staff was very attentive and friendly valet parking included in price for room, but to leave your car parked every day is a separate charge, they unload you and help you to the room, already included in your booking. Nice rooms but over budget for me.

Great location and hotel is almost as advertised. I would warn about rooms near washer and dryer (our room number ended in #28). We were worried about noise but staff told us they hadn’t had many complaints. We tried to immediately relocate but they had no other adjoining rooms available. It was LOUD! The staff’s washer and dryer are also right next to that room which makes it double noisy, especially during the day. Make sure to request rooms far from this area, but overall it is noisy at this hotel.

Been staying here for almost 20 years with great service. So close to the park, food and other amenities. Easy to get to, comfortable beds and good valet service. Game room is fun with kids.

We stayed for 3 nights Oct. 17th, 18th, & 19th. We were on the 5th floor and had a great experience. The staff were very polite our entire visit. It is very close to the Disney park entrance, maybe a 7 minute walk to the stoplight and we felt very safe. We were very happy with the location.
Our room was very nice and clean with laminate floors that had just been washed (nice because we could see the floor was clean vs.carpeted floors), quality linens, and plenty of towels. Most importantly, the bed was absolutely wonderful. We loved it!
I don't know what mattresses they use, but it was firm, yet soft enough that you didn't feel like you were sleeping on a board, but also, neither of us spent the night rolling back and forth. Literally, we were nestled into bed. We loved it and want that mattress for our queen bed at home! And the hotel was quiet! We didn't hear noise at all.
Our next happy surprise was the shower head! Holy cow, if you want a good shower this shower head most certainly didn't scrimp on the water. The flow was amazing, the water pressure was great, the hot water was plentiful!
There was also an ice machine in the corridor which somehow was always full and we filled our water bottles with ice before and after Disney. In addition, the lobby kept ice water to fill your bottles with water or to get a quick drink if needed.
They also have a beautiful gift shop in the lobby which had all kinds of cute souvenirs and things you may need during your stay like snacks or forgotten toiletries.
There was a Panera and McDonalds flanking the hotel parking lot and a Mimi's Cafe very close by.
There were only two things we would say were somewhat lackluster but not at all dealbreakers for us. #1. If you have a serious knee or hip problem, the toilets were a bit lower to the ground. I was recovering from a pretty serious knee injury and noticed this right away. It doesn't change my 5 star rating in the least, just something to note.
#2. They do have a nice, clean pool area. It's a pool. It's rectangular and plain but very clean with nice seating. It's fine if you just need a place to swim or decompress, or, if you are traveling with kids that you are planning on taking to Disney parks and just need to have a place to give them some additional recreation or cooling off.
I will say that if you are traveling with kids and maybe grandparents who would be watching them while you adults head over to the Disney parks, you may want to consider staying at the hotel next door which is the Courtyard Marriott.
I only say this because our room was on the side that faced their water playground and I can say the Courtyard Marriott pool is meant for kids and serious water playtime. It's a pool and playground in one, with slides, water spouts, and all the bells and whistles you can think of for kids.
I called my daughter and said if she ever goes to Disney with her young kids, we'll fly in and babysit them at the pool while she and her hubby go enjoy some fun without the kids. Just something to think about. For us, we spent so much time at the parks from morning until late at night that the pool was only something we walked by.
For us, if we travelled to Disney again, we would be very happy to stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Anaheim Resort. It was a great start to our 14 day California vacation!

Overall a good experience. Only wish there was more Disney themed content within the hotel aside from the hidden gift shop.

We’ve been here countless times and expedia charges an extra night and nothing can be done.sad to be Marriott members and the one time we drive in after midnight they don’t want to refund us a night we never used or stepped foot into the hotel.easy money for Fairfield they didn’t have to do anything but collect an extra night.but because your a big “CORPORATION” it’s not considered stealing from customers. I just take it as a loss.disappointed to say the least.we will leave a follow up review on where we stayed this coming December.not Marriott of course

Drove into LA late at night and booked a room online, arrived after midnight and the guy at the desk said I didn’t need to book two nights if I’m checking in after midnight. After calling, Sonia wasn’t able to refund us for the first night. We spend at least 6 nights a year at this place. Only to spend $250 on a day that wasn’t used. It’s sad she couldn’t help us. She should train her employees on not making guest feel like they wasted money checking in late hours.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Disneyland main gate. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful.

The proximity to Disneyland makes this hotel location great. The room was clean. Had some difficulty getting more washcloths, coffee pot did not work and they brought me one without coffee to fit, and was overcharged on parking. As a Marriott member, I never received a bill in my email, but noticed the overcharge on my credit card statement. I am waiting to get this resolved.

I’m currently staying here and already want to share what a gem this place is. The proximity to Disneyland is great, the rooms are clean and a great price point but the absolute best thing about this place is the people. So far Edith and John have gone above and beyond to make this a special trip for our daughters 6th birthday. Really blown away by their kindness and service. Definitely want to come back.

Checked in on October 22,2023 and slept on the pullout couch. Woke up the following morning with my legs covered in bites. Found what appears to be bed bugs under the sheets.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE DISABLED! Extremely rude staff, I came here with that confirmation that I could have a scooter dropped off so I wouldn’t have to walk to the park because I have a disability that prevents me from walking far. When the scooter arrives they refuse to let me have it in the hotel. Rude staff, not disability friendly.

Worst Fairfield Inn ever. Don't be looking for a breakfast in the morning. The breakfast room is still there as they tell you when you arrive. It has a microwave and toaster you can use, but they eliminated the breakfast Fairfield Inns are known for. So you get what is the equivalent of a motel room for a ridiculously high price. Also the hot tub was closed. As a disabled vet that was the number two reason for booking this place.

I am very disappointed that Marriott doesn’t clean house here. There has been several complaints against Veronica for being racist and mean to little kids. Complaints have been filed with corporate against zuyen Urbana and Karen Lurton.

Because of its location, this hotel can get away with calling itself a resort and feeling like a motel. I paid a Little bit extra for a Room on a High floor and was able to watch the Fireworks from Disneyland every night. So from that perspective, it was amazing. The main reason I would give this lower scores. Is that the service at the front desk was somewhat lackadaisical. As a result, my first day I ended up sitting in the lobby unnecessarily for close to an hour and then didn't get notified when my room was ready. If you're okay with following up and checking back frequently, I would say there's absolutely no reason not to stay here.

We just checked out after a five night stay and I don’t even know where to begin. Willy thank you for opening the door and taking the luggage as we left. I just want to say the valet, the front desk, the maids, and even the person by the little booth at panera, ALL of the staff always made my mom and I feel so welcome. Always saying hello or good morning or welcome. We would walk to our room and along the way have all those people greet us, it was fantastic. We received such great service from ur staff last august that we came to this hotel again. When we return we will be staying here again. Rooms were very clean and pool was clean as well. They also have complimentary water in the lobby which is awesome. Thank you everyone.

Decently clean, a/c is cold. Great location to walk to Disneyland.
No microwaves in the rooms like they state. There's two in common area.
Showers had slow drainage but it did drain.

Microwave didn’t work and front desk couldn’t get one from an empty room or anything. Waited over a hour for a blanket. Do better.: (

The room was nice and roomy enough for 3 of us (10 yr old child) for our 6 night stay. We were on the 6th floor facing Disney park. The service was good. We parked the rental car for one night (valet service) and liked it. The best thing we loved about the place was the proximity to Disney. Coming back during afternoon and go back was so much easier due to the proximity. Close to McDonald's to get coffee or quick breakfast was awesome. Eating lunch 2-3 times at Panera Bread. We enjoyed our stay
