Had a good stay. Room was clean and well set up. Left before bfast, so no input on that. Parking was a little confusing when I first arrived. There wasn't even room for temp parking while checking in.but that may have just been bad timing as two shuttle buses were unloading when I arrived.

Great place to stay and park your vehicle if you are flying out of LAX. The room was sparkling clean, beds and sheets were super comfy! The shuttle to airport was on time and made it very convenient to access the airline terminal. Pick up for return flight was not as easy but we did fly in later in the evening. Car was safe no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!

Definitely don’t recommend this hotel. I made a reservation ahead of time on Marriott app only to be turned away when I arrived. They do not except any card that says debit on it even if it has a Visa or MasterCard logo

I wish I could leave a negative star review.

We selected this hotel for the long-term parking option prior to a 14-day vacation in Mexico. Our overnight stay here was one of the worst experiences and poorest, illogical physical lay-outs of any facility that any of us have encountered.

Difficulties started immediately upon check in. For some reason that no one there could adequately explain, debit cards were not accepted, nor was cash. Only credit cards were accepted and it definitely seemed as if the people at the desk did not care at all about our situation. Being out of the area, our single credit card was declined. After driving most of the day from central CA, and arriving in the early evening, the banks were closed; fortunately, one member of our party had a card that worked and we were able to check in. How in the world can a hotel not accept debit cards and why would that fact not be made clear when reservations were made? Had we not have been able to check in and park the vehicle for two weeks, our entire trip to Mexico would have been scrapped due to this hotel’s absurd policy! Reservations had been made several weeks in advance, yet this hotel’s policy very nearly destroyed an expensive and long planned fishing and scuba trip to Mexico.

Upon check in, we were given directions to long term parking but no mention of a parking pass was made to us. Fortunately, upon parking, the driver noticed many of the vehicles parked in the lot had parking tags sitting on their dash boards. It was therefore necessary to revisit the front desk to obtain a pass. Had the lack of a pass not been noted, our vehicle likely would have been towed and impounded and we’d have had to deal with the cost and time of getting it out of impoundment upon our return. Additionally, the delay in getting the vehicle out of impoundment would have resulted in the thaw and spoilage of all of the fish we’d brought back. Absolutely unacceptable.

The layout of the hotel was horrid. We were given trollies to take our substantial amount of luggage (fishing and scuba gear, plus clothing) to the second floor. Fortunately, the miniscule elevators (only 2 people and 1 trolly would fit at a time) were easily accessible from the lobby. However, once on the second floor we were faced with STAIRS to actually access the floor! Trollies were therefore completely useless. Considering this 4 person vacation was for diving and fishing, we had quite a bit of heavy luggage with us. I looked for a way for handicap people to use the elevators and EVENTUALLY found the handicap elevators. AT THE COMPLETE FAR END OF THE BUILDING. Absolutely horrible.

Finally, to top everything off, our room was already occupied! We had to request another room as the one we reserved was not vacant.

Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life staying in a hotel.
I wish the foregoing were fiction, but all of the above are true. Absolutely the embodiment of Murphy’s Law.

I had a 2 day stay and my room was clean upon arrival. There was also a daily breakfast and close to the airport including airport shuttle.

I just wish they would’ve said on the website that they only take credit cards before I booked I’ve literally made a reservation and drove all the way to the hotel and I couldn’t even check in because I didn’t have a credit card they only take credit card to check in and then only after you check out your able to change it a debit card or cash like that’s literally so annoying not everyone has a credit card I think they should work on getting this changed because it’s very inconvenient to other people

Need to rethink the parking for checking in as well as guests parking is around the corner. Now the room was nice and quiet. The amenities suitable.

5-Star customer service and stay! This is one of my new favorite hotels! I will definitely stay here again. My room was very spacious with a beautiful balcony view of the pool and the fire pit! I love the dining hall area where they had FREE breakfast! The dining hall area was very clean, spacious, and had lots of breakfast options. You can eat outside or inside, which is very cool!
I love that there were a lot of restaurants in-walking distance outside of the hotel.

Beware! Terrible Service. The lady working the front seat wasn’t helpful at all. They took our money from our reservation but wouldn’t let us stay because they wouldn’t accept debit for incidentals. Only credit cards.

Blood on my spread that was not mine. AC in room did not work, as you can see tape around it. Management needs to do better. Friendly ladies at front desk.

Great choice for an LAX transfer. Timely Shuttle. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast included. Beautiful pool area, complete with a fire pit.
Plus walkable to shops and takeout.
I would stay here again.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable pillows and near good food options. I stay near lax a lot and really liked this compared to many of the other places I've stayed nearby. Will definitely stay again

Believe the other bad reviews! Gave this one a try because of location and price, never again. Hotel rooms need new carpet. Room smelled musty and old. Wanted to change rooms but nothing was available and they wanted to hold our luggage and move us while we were gone once something came up. Long walk to room with luggage. Was not informed about housekeeping needing to be requested a day in advance, beds were not made, trash was overflowing, yet on our first day housekeeping came as if they didn’t know we were there. Daily breakfast hours are too early & short, not much offered to take advantage of it. Parking is a walk, thank goodness we were able to find street parking got free on the back side of the hotel but coming in late alone could be an issue. I had to have my bill adjusted as I was charged for 3 days of parking instead of the 1 that I used. This was a very disappointing experience for a Marriott hotel.

Very disappointing for a Marriott property. Room very small. Loud fan in bathroom very annoying. Asked to fix nothing was done. Water pressure in sink terrible. Parking inconvenient and $18 a day. Will not stay again.
