This place was so nice and such a great value. Everything was clean new. The breakfast was fantastic, with cage -free eggs, turkey sausage, great-squeezed oj.

A special shout-out to Nancy for her unflagging professionalism and cheerful demeanor that never seemed fake. What a great face for the brand. We will be staying here again in the future.

Front desk was ok, room service never came. Once a week for room service, despite having 3 day room service notice. Nice place, but needs some re-work. Ehh

Excellent location with very good ambience and cleanliness. Front desk is friendly they've breakfast included, EVgo paid service charging station in the lot. Only downfall I experienced is A/C in the room works but there is no continuous fan option due to that seen some air circulation problem.

Clean and comfy. Free breakfast is a boon in California. Better than many other overated and overpriced hotels we have stayed at in the region.

This is now our go to hotel when we are in the area. Michelle at the front desk is the epitome of customer service. She was friendly, helpful and always had a smile. Very clean hotel, comfy bed and the breakfast was better than competitor hotels we frequently stay in. We will be back.

On arrival at Fairfield Inn & Suits by Marriott in Irvine, CA, I received a clean large room with a King size bed, TV, Free Internet, desk, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, AC/Heater, hairdryer, iron, iron table, and full-size mirror. What more do I need. I also got a good view.

I also received a Continental breakfast which consists of bread, scones, cereals, milk, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, pork/Turkey sausage, coffee regular & decaf, and three varieties of tea.
In addition a hearty hot oatmeal with walnuts, cranberries, brown sugar, raisins, and cinnamon.

The dining area has a nice layout.
The floor decked with a colorful carpet, The room has 10 square tables each 4 chairs. Some face a large TV, that shows football game.
I am facing the hotels entrance that is decorated with palm trees and banana trees.
The whole place is clean.

And let me tell you about the staff. Fairfield has a very nice staff. I was greeted by a lovely young lady who is multitasking. She was on the phone, then answered a guest, then tended to me.
The kitchen staff also keeps the food coming. Some guests for different bread variations. The staff gladly to help.
I noticed not many early riser at 6: 30am, but the breakfast area is packed at 8am.
I am enduring a weeks stay.

I am not sure what’s up with the weather? It’s cloudy yet the sun ️ rays come through every so often. We had a heavy fog this morning. Last night it dropped down to 54F.

They even have a 24/7 wine bar. It’s automated without an attendant. Cool.
Oh and let me tell you about their free chocolate chip cookies & lemonade. Very nice. It reminded me of Ka’anapali Marriott hotel. Maybe that is their signature entrance greeting. Anyway, I am happy about my stay here.
Thank you to all who run this hotel.

This hotel needs a makeover. Mold in the shower, wallpaper peeling off the wall's, a bathroom door that was akin to a fire door and would slam shut on you. You could hear everyone walking up-and-down the hallway, or talking in their rooms, 0 soundproofing. I even signed up As a Marriott member and they still charged me daily for Wi-Fi.

Friendly, efficient staff at check in. Rooms were clean. Complimentary Breakfast was basic, fine for quick bite.

Located in an industrial area, close to the freeway so traffic noise was expected. Room was clean upon arrival. We stayed here 3 nights and not once was the room serviced, we went to the front desk for clean towels. The breakfast consisted of warmed packaged sandwiches, yogurt, fruit and oatmeal. $12/night for parking, not sure why, they didn’t have a security guard. Stay was okay, but would not return.

A $12 parking fee is added to your bill, however, there is no security and car break-ins appear common. It is easy to get into a car with a slim-jim or simple wedge the window open and unlock the door. Make sure to now leave anything in your car. This is pretty much the case anywhere you go now, sad. Our friend's had about $800 of outdoor equipment stolen.

Rooms were clean and nice, good linens and good pillows. Common areas were clean and fresh. Breakfast met our needs but was busy because it was the weekend.

Nice size suite rooms. Free breakfast with lots of options. Beer and wine vending. Clean inside and out. Only negative was the airplane traffic for John Wayne Airport 4 miles away.

Great place to stay, big spacious rooms. Breakfast needs help, and my only issue was a week later my credit card was charged for parking. No one mentioned this at time of check in or leaving and it's not like your parking in a garage. They need to make this public.

Asked twice to get the room serviced. Both times we were assured that housekeeping would take care of our room. Returned to room to find it untouched.

Called the front desk and was told that despite a three day night stay that service was only after checkout.

Unhappy. Especially since we were assured of service with each request.

One of, if not the best Fairfield Inn I've stayed in. Well maintained and very nice rooms/patio area

This hotel is a ripoff. When we first arrived, they didn’t give us our key for a whole day. We payed for 8 days to stay in this hotel, and they charged us twice and blamed it on the system. Because of this issue, they disabled our key and we couldn’t get in our room. The front desk and manger are super rude. They called us once, and we didn’t answer cause we were busy, and they sent someone up here knocking on the door telling us to answer the phone. Very bad and unprofessional. If you wanna have some good time and a good trip, avoid this hotel.

Clean place to stay, close to freeways and nice workers. You have to pay for parking, and it’s a small lot. The room I stayed in did not have blackout curtains and made it challenging to sleep in. Odd, no kind of clock in the room. Bathroom door was heavy and made it muggy since the door couldn’t stay open. There is breakfast/ coffee in the mornings. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
