Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

Excellent location - near to good restaurants and shoppings. Easy access to Ontario airport and off-peak 55 minutes drive to LAX. Peak hours could take 2 hours. Relatively new and clean. Room is spacious. 2 issues (1) poor breakfast - in 3 days - 2/3 days have cold coffee and/or no coffee during breakfast, late preparation of breakfast and including insufficient food. There is no water available at reception or anywhere except at gym. (2) Service levels not consistent

THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE SPECIAL THNX TO VANESSA THE RECEPTIONIST N LINDA THE LADY IN THE DINING AREA THEY WERE SUPER HELPFUL VERY KIND N PROFESSIONAL THESE LADIES REALLY MADE MY STAY HERE SO PLEASANT I'M DEFINITELY COMING BACK THIS IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. STAY SAFE LADIES N KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK THEY NEED A RAISE BOSS MAN LOL HOPE HE OR SHE READS THIS STAY BLESSED

Room was very large, comfortable and clean.
My room had a separated area with a sleeper couch and 2nd TV. Bathroom was large enough for two to get ready to go out together.
Highly recommend.

Had a great stay! Room was clean, well appointed and decently spacious. Staff was super friendly (especially Charles) and the lobby was welcoming + clean and had a little convenience corner for essentials. Our room was relatively quiet minus the morning shuffle of guests. Location is one of the top selling points. Super close to Ontario Mills and lots of great eating. Will definitely stay here the next time we're in town!

It was almost impossible to find PARKING! No paper cups in RESTROOM! No LOTION no toothbrush no toothpaste. I paid $270 1 night!

A travel extensively for work. This hotel is awful. Too bad because the rooms are nice and it’s Clean BUT you can hear every word from both rooms next to you. Literally the entire conversations. People stayed up late and kept me up two nights out of three. Actually weren't loud the walls are just that thin. Also they double charged me once on Priceline and once with my CC. Never again!

We had the pleasure of being checked in with Charles! I believe that was his name. He made us feel special by giving us a list of local dinning options. As soon as we got into our room, he called through the hotel phone to ask us if we found our room ok and if we needed anything, we could go to him. Any time we saw him he was very personable and professional. It set the tone for our stay and made it excellent! We will be booking again every time we are in town.

One of the better rooms we have ever stayed. Very roomy King Suite. Was quiet. Bed's are comfy. Extra blankets and pillows. Even had 2 TVs.

Clean! Fresh! Rooms are big! And the staff is very friendly. You will not be disappointed. Also as a plus it has free EV charging

I don't know how the rooms or anything are, but I can tell you that the gentleman I spoke to was pleasant. And the car chargers there (the actual reason I was there) are in perfect working order!

Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was nice - though would be nice if there was a breakfast sandwich option without meat. Nice to have EV chargers on site. Enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

My room was left unlocked and the door was ajar when I got back from work.
The front desk didn't believe me, and did nothing.
Room service left dirty coffee filters in my coffee maker. They only clean every other day and only put one caffinated coffee in the room. When I asked the front desk at check in they said there were 2.

Door to back parking is still broken from last stay. Been broken for 5 weeks that I know of. Front parking jammed since door broken in back. Breakfast is frozen plastic wrapped food and put in heated storage containers. Coffee pots have been empty at timed and full of grounds in my cup when I get some. Only one coffee in room and one coffee condiments in room. Had to go down for a cup of grounds for a 2nd cup.

Clean hotel and the location is very good. It is near to Ontario Mills. You can do shopping and come back to your room.
The room clean and the stuff was nice.

If you a smoker then you will definitely feel like you don't matter. They have a smoking area but there isn't any chairs or benches.over all it was a nice place to stay. Close to a mall and other things

They said the "hold" your credit card, they then charged me 1000.00 I told them to cancel it and I used a different card to "hold the room" because they don't charge me till I check out, and I told them that another person is coming to put the room on corp. So the ran other card and charged me again. Just talk to the person at the desk because to company card is here "oh we can't do anything about it till you check out" was lied to 3 different times. They suck!
