Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Los Angeles West Covina

Was only there for a weekend. Facility was very clean, room was nice with plenty of room for 2 adults. Was disappointed that the beds were not made the next day but we did get fresh towels. The free breakfast was ok but straight out of the freezer.

FRAUD ALERT. I am a Marriott gold member and stay at many hotels yearly, mostly Marriotts. I haven't had any substantive problems until at the W. Covina FF Inn and Suites. The hotel erroneously charged me for an extra hotel room and I spent more than 10 hours trying to get the hotel to correct it. I even contacted Marriott corporation, who told me that have no ability to resolve inaccurate charge matters at individual hotels. The hotel manager was repeatedly rude and dismissive. The amount of time and run around by the hotel staff for their error makes me speculate they are overcharging customers routinely. The customer service was way substandard for a Marriott, and all so the FF Inn and Suites could steal about $200 from a customer!

Very friendly and polite breakfast ladies. One if them went out of her way to get me green tea even after the time was up. Thank you!

It is very close to the highway so there is a lot of traffic noise.
I got eggs 2 minutes after breakfast started and it was cold.
Coffee grounds in coffee.
McDonald's is looking good this morning.

Not Marriot quality in.my opinion. Tolets too short. Tolet paper so close to the tolet one large person could not use it. No ventilation in the bathroom either! You better come 30 minutes before closing of the free breakfast or you will notbget a meal or even coffee. Coffee yanked from the halls right at 9 am on weekdays

I picked this hotel because of its perfect location between Disneyland and Universal Studios. The front desk staff was friendly and accomodating, but the rooms were too small, breakfast selection was lacking, and for some strange reason, the shower curtains were way too short; making it easy for the bathroom to flood.

Very nice rooms. Clean. Front desk was very professional and informative. Best breakfast in town.

Beware of room 102. Shower curtain currently installed with both ends at a higher level than the middle. The shower curtain falls to the middle from both sides. We had water all over the floor after each shower.

Wonderful stay! The staff are so pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean and recently updated. Great water pressure in the shower unlike other locations. Would definitely stay again

Stay away! We were there approximately 30 to 45 minutes and someone broke into our vehicle and stole all of our belongings. Security and two other workers were inside and outside walking around when we arrived and checked in. After the break in every one disappeared. We are very suspicious it was an inside job. The front desk clerk was very unconcerned, and his attitude was like oh well when we reported the break in. We have yet to hear from management or anyone else.

They only provided ONE key card with a room for 3 guests and rejected to give additional one for convenience. This is the first time I saw from Marriott hotels. The front desk at night was not hospitable at all. The room is small with a fridge and microwave next to a bed. The jacuzzi is fine. I don’t think I’ll come back this one in LA in the future.

Room somewhat clean, we cleaned our room when we got in. The free breakfast was terrible. No clean towels or daily cleaning of the room. This place needs a true upgrade and management work with the personel.

Overall the rooms are clean. There are no safes in the room which is a little disappointing.

They have a small laundry facility if you need to clean your clothes - it is coin operated. You can also get detergent at the front desk. The laundry machines were very dirty. I don't think the rubber seal had been cleaned out for a long time. My clothes had a slight musty and moldy smell after washing them.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! You really made me very happy and satisfied! The staff was so friendly and helpful we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. I also observed that the place was very cleaned and organized. I will surely recommend your awesome and wonderful Hotel here in our area. Cheers!

Great location. There is no lack of food options. Sprouts its in the same area. My specific room was ok - ants in the room and no exhaust fan.

During the COVID-19 guidelines, there was no breakfast buffet. This was to be expected however they did not provide a grab-n-go option that other hotels provide. But will definitely come back. Great value and right off the interstate. Oh and perfect distance to nearest Porto's

The room felt kind of old (bathroom specifically) the room was clean but arranged strange - could not try breakfast or the pool due to COVID 19 - plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area also 30-40 minutes from LA. Overall this hotel is good stay for 1 or 2 night but not my first option for sure
