Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Rosa Sebastopol

Convenient location for visiting family in Sebastopol and Guerneville. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was great, and there was an outdoor pool and hot tub for our kids. They did seem to have some construction for a pergola near the pool, but it was not an issue to work around that (we were literally the only ones at the pool one afternoon) and the jobsite was very tidy. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again for the friendly service and location.

Staff are very nice, welcoming and accommodating. It's in a good location. The rooms are ok. Beds are kinda bouncy? Bathroom feels like it's damp 24/7. Breakfast is ok. Feels expensive for what you get, BUT we were here on a holiday weekend, so that's probably why.

Absolutely wonderful for the price! Heated pool, friendly staff, extremely nice clean rooms! A hidden gem in the heart of my hometown! We will definitely be back!

Hotel has ChargePoint electric vehicle chargers but only allows you to charge for four hours, then stops charging the car and starts charging your carD $5.00/hour! Really? Why? I have never seen any other place do this. 4 hours is not enough to get a full charge. $5/ hour is crazy for NOT charging. It makes no sense. Of course the staff know nothing about this.

We have been staying here for maybe 15 years when we come to visit family. Great place to stay. Friendly. Clean rooms. Breakfast seems more substantial than others. August 2023 update: Eman helped address a minor room issue and was up right away to help fix it! Thank you for great service!

Lovely room. Quiet. The bathroom was odd, different, unusual for Marriott. Dark, nice lighting for a powder room. Not quite great for make up or shaving. Very nice stay.

With mild imperfections in room cleanliness, this is the most pleased I've been in a long while at any hotel.when i compare hotels, i consider price in the overall comparison.for example, my expectations are much higher if i pay $300-400 a night compared to $100-200.however, I'll never compromise minimum expectations.as a lodging service, there are minimum standards that have to be met such as cleanliness, customer service, hvac, and others.all that said, the rooms here are decent in size, clean, and comfortable.the pool and hot tub were great and close to any room.they have a fitness center that i didn't use.their breakfast was on point, not some plain muffins and juice.best of all, the front desk and cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the older French lady whose name i didn't get.i stayed here because gurnerville was sold out of rooms, but next time i stay in gurnerville, I'll likely stay here instead.thank you

I need a dark room for sleep. The rooms here fit that bill. There are no unneeded little lights in the room and the curtains really block out the daylight.

Located on a fairly busy street with some food locations within walking distance. Room was very clean and service was good. Fairly priced.

Had a truly fabulous time at this hotel. I’m not sure why it has negative reviews. Rooms felt clean and well-stocked. Lobby had coffee and tea all day. Extremely easy parking out from and good restaurants nearby. This is a great place to stay with kids. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Fantastic gem in wine country! This hotel is close to everything! Super clean, Full hot breakfast, & Pool. All with a friendly and knowledgeable staff! Check in was easy. Staff recommended great dining, shopping and wineries options for my visit.
