I stay in over 100 hotels a year and am a Titanium MARRIOTT Member.

- front desk is extremely rude. Showed up 30 minutes before there check in time and literally turned me away from the hotel without checking to see if there was an available room. Lady’s at the front desk seemed to be having a very bad day.

- 30 minutes later I returned to check in and the lady helping me didn’t say a single word to me. Normally they would thank me for my loyalty, explain amenities, breakfast times or where the elevator was. She didn’t say a word. I asked her if I could have the water I normally get for free every time I check in. She handed me the water and I went in my way. Not a huge deal but when I checked out I saw a $3 beverage charge in my receipt.

In 11 years traveling for business I’ve never been treated like that from a hotel staff.

Spent 3 days of our 2023 Family Reunion here and the banquet room and conference room plus the outside open space area was plenty of room and was perfect for it.

Overall, not a good experience.

1. Couldn’t use our fire stick in the TV (input on both remotes didn’t work)

2. Waited 20 min for breakfast to be refilled

3. Ants in the bathroom

4. No one at front desk for us to check out (as well as 3 other guests that checked out during breakfast)

5. Asked them if they did anything for anniversaries…they responded in email that yes, we can do that and then nothing (why respond with a yes then? !)

For the price we paid, would not stay here again. Nice and clean but too many little incidents.

Rooms and hotel are clean. Breakfast is nothing special. Front desk wasn’t particularly friendly, but they got the job done.

Fairfield Inn experience

We were part of a wedding group in June 2023. Called in to reserve a handicap accessible room with specifically a roll-in shower, paid extra, to avoid problems and got a confirmation number. Went to check in, roll-in shower room not available. Said, we will not charge you a cancellation fee. What! Checked into a room with a bathtub seat. Wife was crying for creating a problem. Tried to shower, Wife with ALS ended up falling off the bathtub bench, hurt her tailbone and her back, took 20 minutes to rinse off soap, dry her, drag her up over tub rail. It was terrible, she was crying, I was mad I let her slip.
Took 9 phone calls before management did anything. Gave us the wedding rate. Now we need to go out of town for a funeral. Wife refuses to go because of her painful hotel experience.
PS - It is not up to the hotel staff to decide how disabled my wife is from ALS.
On my 9th call the assistant manager let me know the room was already booked when I called in. So wrong on so many levels.

Absolutely the best staff that we have ever experienced anywhere! Rooms were clean and well taken care of. In a world filled with sub-par and unpleasant employees. The staff that we interacted with were very attentive and personable. We have spent way more money on rooms that weren't even decent. My wife and I have nothing but a positive experience to look back at.

I stayed here for a work trip recently and it was the worst experience I’ve had with a Marriott chain.

They put me in a room with no AC and as I was leaving for my work event they told me I needed to move my stuff or they would move it for me. I had no time to turn around so one of the managers moved my items without my presence. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation that led to a personal item going missing. When bringing up my concerns with other managers the next day, they made excuses for the situation and never followed up with me like they said they would. I had to call Marriott HQ to get any sort of recognition of the situation.

Additionally, during this whole process maintenance men who were only contracted through the hotel (not official employees) were mad that I would not let them into my room without them having a key.

The whole situation made me feel unsafe and that their employees did not care one bit about my experience while staying there. Would never recommend this location to a family member or friend. Will not be staying here for any trip again in the future.

I had to make last minute arrangements for this solo trip to an area I did not know. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel safe. The hotel is located very close to stores and restaurants (I grabbed Chipotle) and easy access to freeway. Hotel was super clean and comfortable. They offered complimentary breakfast in the morning and laid out a continental breakfast at 4: 30am! Which was perfect for me because I had to leave at 5pm. There was a little bit of a computer glitch when I checked in, but check out went smoother. Will definitely return to this location as needed. Edit: on a separate trip, I got sick and couldn't attend my daughter's radiation treatment. It was last minute and I called reservations and they said no charge. I was so pleased! Until I got the bill. I asked them to reverse the charges but the manager never called me back. I understand policy but if you have an ounce of sympathy, you might honor the call center's word. Never going back to this hotel.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Knowing that the room had problems with the air conditioning, they assigned it to me. When I tried to change the room, they gave me another one with even worse air conditioning issues. Terrible customer service experience as well. I work for a company with millions of employees and I just sent a note to this company's internal communication site so that employees will never stay at this hotel.
There are thousands of hotel options in the area. You don't need to go through all these troubles, especially when I was going to stay for two weeks. Hotel not recommended. I'm still waiting for an apology from the hotel manager….

Beautiful hotel all around great staff all very friendly. Its BS that online rates this as a 2 star hotel. Look at the reviews that says it all about this great hotel

I've stayed here several times and will continue to because if the price and location. The staff is normally very responsive and goes the extra mile.

The free breakfast.although free, leaves you underwhelmed. But hey, its free.

Hotel itself is updated. But the best draw for me, is the location and price.

The employees we encountered were pleasant, and the appearance of the hotel was nice, but that is where the good ends.

Our room was tiny, so tiny that there was a sign on the bathroom noting leaving the door open was considered a hazard. A hook had fallen off the wall, but it was not replaced so there was a hole in the wallpaper. The bedding was a joke: a sheet, the inner part of a duvet, and a sheet masquerading as a blanket on top. It provided no warmth, it was immediately off kilter as soon as we got in bed, and I can't help but question the cleanliness of the duvet. They are meant to be contained in a duvet cover. As if that wasn't enough to create the most uncomfortable sleeping environment, there was even a tiny light blinking throughout the night on the ceiling! Still, I could have gotten over all that if it weren't for the horrid HVAC system. Every 15 minutes it made a loud click, so that just as I was about to fall asleep, "CLICK! " it would go off. We tried turning off the system, we tried adjusting it, nothing stopped it. Between that and the bedding, I don't know why anyone would stay here as the point of a hotel is to sleep, and there was no sleep happening.

Always tough to find a safe secure hotel in this part of the valley but this is a newly developed area and was quite nice to stay in. Brand new hotel. I did feel sorry for housekeeping staff as it looks like the shower curtains were mounted about 3 in too high so plenty of water was coming out of there. Nonetheless great breakfast buffet coffee all day long available and the staff was very helpful

The location is nice, the hotel is relatively new. The room has a funny thing, if you open the window a sensor will not let you run the heat or air so it does not waste power. Well if you need to air pout the room from a stench or cleaners you have to deal with a freezing or boiling room while doing so.

The break fast is hot and not bad for a free breakfast.

But the front desk staff needs improvement. I used points and they still charged me. I had to call three times after checkout to get this taken care of. Even after all this I still do not have a credit toward my count of night stays and now I have to file with Marriott to get this corrected and wait up to 10 more days to get this done.

The manager is not very helpful and blames COVID and staffing for all the issues. LOL, never received credit for the stay and when you call the hotel they say call Bonvoy, when you call them they say talk to loyalty and when you talk to them they try to pass you back to the hotel. This location and the brand is horrible!

Some place, I won't come back.

Great location near friends and family. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. All we would need is a Tesla destination charger and the stay would be perfect.
