Fairway Villas Apartments, Newport Beach CA

Wife and I had a very easy transition from our previous community to fairway villas with the awesome help from Priscilla the property manager. Great location and overall satisfaction.

Priscilla, the property Manager is very attentive and friendly. She was extremely nice and helpful over the phone when I first called to ask questions about the community and also very nice in person.

This property is amazing. It is small, private, and beautifully maintained. Parking is a luxury now a days, so having a small community and assigned parking is amazing. Especially given that it is a garage. The manager Priscilla is on it. She may not always be in, but she monitors her emails and doesn’t skip a beat. Maintenance is great and proactive. These are not normal apartments, they are large, have a yard, and are in a great location. 10/10 would recommend.

Outside of the control of community, parking is limited. But you get a lot for your bucks.

Priscilla is always kind. She remembers names, details and makes us feel valued. Sometimes she isn’t here, but she responds through email right away.

An overall very solid place to live. Location is really solid. Neighbors are all polite and respectful. Chazz with maintenance is always super helpful and kind. Also if you’re worried about noise from John Wayne, the reinforced windows are really helpful and prevent plane noise from being much of an issue.
