Impressed with their level of service. This place is like a factory, repairing a lot of cars at one time. They did a good job on my truck.

The one downside was that it took 3-4 to book an appointment and another 3.5 weeks for them to repair it, but part of that delay was waiting for parts.

They kept my car for about 4 weeks total and they had a lot of inconsistencies and what they told me and they gave my car to an unauthorized driver that was a cosigner of mine Albert is a big liar and I am reporting them to the better Business bureau because of the fact that I was lied to and I documented everything and I just hope they know what kind of worms they opened respectfully also reporting them to my insurance because they kept sorry for insurance purposes so all that face Auto body shop commercials that's out and I promise that

I took my car here after I had an accident that required body and mechanical work. I really suggest, if you have any other option or have a chance to look for another place then do so. They kept my car for two months. Past the point that I had to return the rental my insurance covered. Now granted this is during the "supply shortage" which I was understanding of, however after a certain point they kept leading me to believe it was ready for pick up only to find out on the pick up day that something came up and the car has to stay.

Finally, on the day that I'm hoping I can pick my car up and I am waiting for the time to arrive that the company said they would call by, I dont hear from anyone so I try calling and find that its been ready that day for who knows how long. And who knows if I would have found out had I not called. I pick up the car and when I looked inside it was dusty and had pieces if scrap all over the back seat and trunk; when I had gotten into my accident the car was very clean and about a week in my ownership.

They were initially helpful and actually kind of annoying with updates about basically nothing (i.e. We're taking the car to the paint shop this week, now its going thru "quality assurance") and then subsequently unprofessional and extremely untimely in their services; I can't yet speak on quality but I'm not optimistic as a piece of the car trim was in the back seat? I hope its not something that needed to go back on the car for I will not be returning to do that. At one point I was honestly concerned I wasn't going to get the car back for a few more weeks after it had already been two months. Just go somewhere else if you can.

These guys were great, the customer service was outstanding, and they kept me informed throughout the process

Fast efficient service. I came in they took the photos AAA needed and I was out with in minutes. This body shop is my new GoTo!

Horrible experience. They took forever to repair my truck. When it was done they missed the secondary damaged area. They said they thought that it was unrelated damage. They took it back and tried again. When I got it back the paint was not sprayed right. It looked feathery and dusty. A bit bumpy too, not smooth after all. They said they would fix it. Took it back a third time and when I got it back it was worse than the first time. I complained and they said they could not match the original paint jobs quality. They said they would add clear coat and it would look better. Im not sure why they didn't just do that in the first place. When it came back it was dusty and bumpy again. They said that WAs the best they could do. I suggest they Change there name to FAITH MEDIOCRE AUTO BOdY because that's what they do. Fix things In a MEDIOCRE way.

I went through my insurance for this place. Geico referred me to them. Initially I was comfortable with them. The first time I picked up my vehicle, I went in and the manager was out retrieving my keys from another customer. Apparently they left my keys in their car and have been unable to get ahold of that customer. I sat there for a long time with no explanation for at least 30-40 minutes, then finally Chris came out and informed me what was going on. It was almost closing time now. I get on the freeway to go home and the car starts shaking very badly. Cannot even try to call the office, because as we're waiting the receptionist tell the other receptionist, "dont answer the phone anymore, we close in 10minutes and we're not taking anymore calls".
We have to get off the freeway and take the streets home, because the shaking was so bad, the car would not allow for acceleration. The next day was a Saturday and I returned with the car once again. The car was kept again for another week and a half (after being there for 5-6 weeks initially). When told a 2nd time the car was ready, again I went to pick it up. Same thing, close to closing hours and get on the freeway to go home and shake is still there (not as extensive, but still there). The next day the car again goes back. This time for a week. When called by Chris that it was ready, I asked him if it was good this time because I'm really tired of going there. His comment back was "well, we're really tired of you coming here too". I have never dealt with someone so rude, in a business atmosphere.
The car again had a shaking issue, this time more than when I just dropped off.
I ended up taking the car to a different mechanic shop and apparently there were 3 tires/rims that did not have any weights whatsoever on them (all 4 rims had been replaced by faith), how could they not balance the vehicle, nor figure out what was causing the shaking. They tried for over 3 weeks to figure it out, and it took the mechanic less than 45 minutes to solve the problem.
I will never go there again, nor refer anyone to them!

Customer service is friendly and professional. Repair team is excellent. I highly recommend this shop!

They repaired our vehicle after a major collision. Repairs were extremely well done. They were very attentive to details. They kept us fully statused. Delivery date was met even with dependencies on external sources. Everyone was friendly, polite, competent, and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Our AAA insurance suggested Faith Auto Body shop for the minor bender fender on my brother’s civic and we are glad that we went here. Craig was our service manager and he was amazing! He called with updates regarding the repair details and when the parts are coming etc. He was very detail oriented.
My brother’s car came out really good almost like brand new again. And they also have a “lifetime” (as long as you own the car) warranty for their work. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.

It is better than other places who would charge you an arm and a leg. Other places estimates to fix my car was over then $3,000 but this place estimate was $2,722. But expensive, the staff attitude is great.

My Rav4 was hit from the rear. The repair that their done to my RAV4 is fantastic it looks like a brand new car. The customer service Jason & Craig is very understanding, helpful, courteous & outstanding. I will not hesitate to recommend Faith Quality Auto Body to family, friends & to anybody.

They were amazing! I had a hit and run on my bumper and side of car and the car looked amazing. I would highly recommend them. When I was younger my dad would only use them. I am glad he taught me well! I used them one other time someone had hit me about ten years ago and their attention to detail has never changed.
