Faith's Hallmark Shop, Upland CA

I came in on Sunday evening in a rush to get a gift bag for a birthday party (I was late). Kathy greater me at the door and offered to help me right away. I asked where the bags are and instead of pointing me in the right direction she personally walked me to the section and then helped me pick out the right size. She was very personable and welcoming. I really appreciated her assistance that day and am sure Kathy is always like this. Thank you Kathy for being you! Also sorry if I spelled your name wrong could be with a “C” lol.

Only place i get my car washed. Wonderful staff and great car wash. Been going for years.

Every time I've been to this location not a greeting could be heard. The one we frequent always has a nice Hi welcome how are you? Makes us feel welcomed. One time we went nothing, person right behind us got a Hi welcome. I came in with blue hair once and i have tattoos got stared at constantly by one employee, made to feel uncomfortable. Left, told my daughter not even a have a good day, said it loud enough the lady said oh have a good day, sorry you had your chance. Today we tried again, wandered around employee walked by looked at us not one asked if we needed help even after they heard me say oh maybe they don't have it. Left and once again not a have a good day etc. I'll be only going to the San Dimas one where we feel welcomed. They have gotten to know us and us them. Takes a second to say Hi welcome. There was some really cute stuff but I won't give them my money since they don't seem to care we are there.

This is now MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE HALLMARK SHOP!

So glad to still find a Hallmark store filled with tons of cards & other gifts, when the card selection elsewhere is just pathetic
