I had a vehicle emergency, and the office staff is thorough, made sure the tow truck came to my location, checked on me the whole time! Driver was super nice, friendly & arrived sooner than the expected time. I’m very impressed with the customer service. Keep it up!

Had a transmission replaced and so far so good. It was pricey, but they offered a 100k miles warranty on the transmission. To my knowledge I've never seen a warranty like that given on a transmission

I took my car into Falcon because it was making some weird noises, they took care of my car that same day & clearly explained to me what they were going to do & how much it would cost & how long it would take. They were very informative & professional. Awesome people. Very pleased with their work & the management.

A flat bed was requested. Multiple times. Ashley called and verified a tow for a 4x4 was coming. After waiting over an hour, past the estimated time frame.a regular tow truck showed up. When calling back asking why this occurred, they stated I did not request this. Excuse me, I sure did. A flat bed was requested multiple times, and this lady verified it was a 4x4 truck that needed a tow. This company sucks and is horrible and has zero customer service. Do not tell a customer that they did not request this when it was requested and verified. Do not use this company unless you wanna be waiting far beyond estimated time and will receive the wrong kind of tow truck

We had unexpected car problems during our road trip to Southern California. My Jeep was towed to Falcon and we were incredibly taken back by their willingness to assist even though they were getting ready to close for the evening. Our replacements parts were delivered, applied and we were up and running fast. Craig and the rest of their staff were great. I wish more businesses like this were available in Northern California.
