Very good doctor, very patient with people, the nurses are very kind and are patient to listen to you.

They were really kind and made me feel comfortable. I was seen fast and all my questions were answered. It was overall great experience.

PA Albergo was outstanding! She calmly listened and took notes. She didn’t rush me and was very attentive. MA Ordonez was phenomenal she was so kind and patient and gentle with me. She listened and answered all my questions! I would definitely recommend this medical center to everyone!

Dr. Berrios is nice and explains everything well we understand everything he says. Gives us good advice and good recommendations for our health. He has been our doctor for a long time.

The nurses are nice, Doctor Barrios are wonderful. He is very good practitioner and he listen, good and patiently. I do believe other doctors there are good too. At the information table she is nice too. She always do her best to help us. I called and leave message at 4: 30 pm I wanted to change my appointment, for afternoon, I was surprised after like 4: 55 pm I got the txt from my phone. I was granted and they change my appointment to Thursday 8/10/23 for afternoon. Instead morning. That was quick I was thinking, I will get call tomorrow, but I’ve got it right away same day was granted. I don’t need to wait for tomorrow. Thank you so much for taking care my need.

Terrible experience. Poorly trained nurse practitioner told me not to worry about severe chest pain and tried to SELL me vitamin injections. Claiming that insurance doesn't cover "the good stuff" I requested a referral to a specialist. They received approval for the referral and never notified me
When I called, I found out that they had the information for 2 weeks. This clinic has poor quality care and is mainly just marketing to patients. I recommend avoiding this office at all costs

7 years later (2023) my son had an ear infection from swimming that wasn’t going away with over the counter drops. I did. Walk in and was seen immediately. The doctor was very gentle and prescribed him antibiotic drops for his ear and within a day he felt relief. Very happy and will be switching to this practice as my son’s primary (who is currently in oceanside).

The doctor I saw is amazing. I've been there several times and recommended him to my sister who also had an amazing experience.

Was told it would be a half hour waited over two hours and 15 minutes finally left to go somewhere else

Dr Barrios is awesome to bad his office doesn't return calls or emails. They are horrible and all they say is they have to many calls to possibly return all. Horrible Practice unfortunately represents a very good compassionate MD that deservces better management!

I was extremely impressed with the staff, and how they handled my special needs child! Dr. Berrios was so kind and professional! The atmosphere was so calming, down to the music!
