They have great staff here for grooming your pets. Our dogs are always clean and happy when we pick them up. The groomers are careful and observant. They even handle my potentially dog-agressive dog safely and with compassion. You can trust them with your pets.

Jenny was Amazing. Our little Chief was sooo handsome after his haircut. Very accommodating too with scheduling. Will definitely be back to see them!

Just wanted to say thank you to paradise pets spa for always making my puppies look amazing. For the past 12 years I would take my mom's puppy there and they always did an amazing job. Jenny is one of the nicest groomers ever and I'm so happy to now take my own puppy and my sister-in-laws puppy there because I know they will take care of them. There is no other groomer that I trust more than Jenny and the rest of the crew here. And I love how they always treat my puppy like he was their own. And the bandanas are so cute haha. I have been going to Paradise Pet Spa for over 15 years and I am very happy with them. Our groomer for the past 10 years or maybe more is Jennifer. Jennifer always receives our fur babies with a smile and she is very patient with them. We love dogs and have rescued over 10 dogs since having her as our groomer. This last time we rescued a very dirty and matted pregnant mama and Jennifer was so patient with her and cleaned her up. We are so blessed with her as she takes good care of our dogs weather it’s an old dog that can hardly stand or a puppy that barks and full of energy. I highly recommend Jennifer and you will not be disappointed with her work and remember she will always receive you with a smile and great attitude

I highly recommend! Jen! She is the best! Every time I call she answers and always makes time for both my pupps. She pays attention to detail and never disappoints. Go ask for her!

My family has been bringing our dogs here since I was a kid and have stayed her for over 15 years because of the amazing service and care we get. When I rescued my own dog Arlow, I brought her here as well. Jen has taken amazing care of her and my cat Panther as well. She is always kind and patient. She is even flexible when we run late to pick up because of work. I will be returning for as long as I have dogs! I strongly recommend bringing your dog here! (We even commute from Murrieta because we love it here that much!)

They INJURED OUR DOG beyond repair!
Have been cold and callous regarding his treatment & attempted to blame us for merely "talking outside" instead of taking responsibility for tearing our dog's shoulder.
The groomer Jennifer lied, stating that my mother hadn't had his nails trimmed IN YEARS, when we have a credit card statement/receipt showing a FULL GROOM done by Bailey just 8 weeks prior. What.didn't Bailey cut his nails during a full groom? We paid to have him washed, hair cut and nails trimmed so we assumed she had.and prior to that Daria gave him a full groom. But in addition to hurting him - Jen said that his nails hadn't been cut IN YEARS!
On top of harming our family dog and causing him SO MUCH UNNECESSARY SUFFERING & PAIN - Jen has been out right rude, cruel & beligerent.
I was warned against this establishment by another groomer that previously worked at Paradise Pet Spa. We are so sad & full of grief that we ever went there.
For our dear dog & family member ~ you will never be forgotten & may your unnecessary pain serve a lesson for other innocent dogs Rest in Peace

Finally found a place that my Pit loves to go to and will allow his feet to touch to get his nails trimmed. The staff is all kind and sweet. My girl and I will be bringing back our fur children back for future grooming needs!

Excellent job on my French bulldog, friendly overall great experience and I recommend to everyone in town. I will continue to take my Gizmo on a regular basis and any future puppy that we add to our family.

Daria is a magic dog whisperer. Our Portuguese Water Dog is a challenge to groom and Daria takes her time, gives him lots of breaks, and he has never looked better! He may still not love being groomed, but he wags his tail when he sees her and he no longer acts traumatized when he returns from grooming appointments. I went in there very nervous cuz it was my dog's first time at the groomers. At that specific location my dog is a dog that at times he will bite unexpectedly so I was really worried that my dog was going to you know nip or bite somebody there at the they handled him very well he even was off the leash and had his muzzle off as well

My American Eskimo always looks good and is happy after being groomed here. Reasonably priced.
