Families Together of Orange County Community Health Center: Tustin

Mediocre care provided ny non physicians! You are seen by a Nurse Practitioner or a Physicians Assistant. I went through hell the last time I went to their Garden Grove office and was prescribed the wrong medication, misdiagnosed then informed I needed to go to their Fountain Valley office for follow up. No apologies or even follow up care even after their screw up. My appointment at Garden Grove was at 1030am arrived just before 1000am but did not see anyone till 1130am. These offices are free clinics catering to low income families and they treat you like you are an experiment having assistants that are still in training working with patients. None of this is posted on their website. Unless it's a matter of life or death avoid coming here find the time and get a REAL DOCTOR. There is ONE bright spot the person that made my appointment ELI he is a true professional and came out and spoke with me and admitted his mistake I very much appreciated his honesty. The clinic also needs to clean house at their reception for both the Garden Grove and Tustin office. NONE of them are concerned about patient care. This is eveident when you walk in the door. They need to go or be surpervised and I do mean ALL of them.

Erica Macias is the best hygienist I've ever worked with in my life! She is so friendly, professional, kind, and competent at everything she does. She provided recommendations that prevented me from ever experiencing another tooth stain! I will always recommend her for the best, most compassionate, and humane dental care! She's an amazing professional and human being because she leaves you feeling great about yourself with her contagious smile and laugh!

The wait time is the only down part. Dr Tran is excellent. She is very thorough and compassion. Not only did she looked at the present, but at future disease to look out for.

I love this clinic everyone is really nice and accommodating. They also provide rides to and from the clinic so you don't have to worry about transportation they got you I love that about this clinic they have multiple services dental vision medical obgyn even Suboxone the variety of things they do is another + for me

Helpful resource for medical, dental, and mental health needs. Provides covid testing. Medical insrance and cal optima accepted.
Transportation (uber) can be provided with appointment if needed

Jocelyn in Tustin and Suzanne who's now at Garden Grove are so helpful, kind and caring. They epitomize what Family Together has become️ It took a while for this medical center to clean up their act. There's a lot of caring Doctors there now. Except for Georgina Calderone who seems to have had a bad day. She asked if I had bloodwork done and I told her I did. She couldn't get into the system and I know I had a full panel blood drawn but she wasn't able and willing to look into it but pushed me to get another blood work done if I want answers or try and look into from the front desk. If I was at my appt early, got in Rm1 at 6: 15 and my appt is at 6: 20 but I wasn't seen until 6: 40 and yet she couldn't answer my questions due to computers having login issues, is that my fault? She bluntly said that she can't answer my many repeated questions and had to clock out. Thank goodness for Jocelyn willing to help me out. She provided me with a copy of the bloodwork results. What was needed for the Dr to review them with me. Thanks for your professionalism, Jocelyn, since it seems the Dr had to clock out and couldn't provide.

These people were very polite and very helpful they answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things to me I will definitely recommend them to my friends thank you so much

I've been a patient at this clinic since 2017. All Doctors I have seen are very professionals. Any referral I've ever needed they have provided me without any problem. I am very pleased to be one of their patients.

Families Together of Orange County has the best dental team! I have avoided going to the dentist my entire adult life. As a child I did not have the best experience and it created negative feelings towards the simple act of scheduling a routine check-in. At my first appointment my X-rays showed that I had a cracked filling in which required to be replaced. For weeks leading up to my second appointment I could not stop thinking about the numbing process. I was scared! But I am grateful to have found this organization and can’t begin to express my gratitude towards the entire staff. I was treated with kindness and compassion. I felt heard and my feelings were validated. I survived the dentist and walked out of my appointment with a positive perspective and appreciation for dentistry. I felt it was important to share my experience with those who take the time to read reviews as I am sure many can relate. Here is a picture of me with Dr. Don and Erika (hygienist).
