I am guilty of not writing a review for any service before. I am caregiver for my wife and it consumes most of my time. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I have lived in Vacaville since 1979. Family auto care is by far the best auto care facility in the area. Sean and his wife are so friendly, they seem part of your family. Sean and his teams workmanship is beyond compare and they complete their work in a very timely manner. I am so glad they moved to the new location with more parking. I apologize for taking so long to write a review. I just wished you guys were around many years earlier.

We have been bringing our vehicles to Family Auto Care for years. Everyone there is so helpful and nice and Sean always starts the repairs with the least expensive route. We appreciate that they make us feel like they truly care. Ramses is wonderful! I got my oil changed there last week and got to see their new place!

Sean did a really great job on my car. I've been wanting to get some work on it done for a year or more, and after giving it to Family Autocare for a few days, it drives like a new vehicle. Smooth and comfort.

They had my vehicle for a total of about a month and never fixed it if anything they damaged it more and never returned my calls I would give them zero stars if it was an option

Took my car in for a driveline noise diagnostic. The parts were on backorder so I had to pick up the car until the parts arrived. Soon after I picked up the car, the break fluid light illuminate on my dash, and when I inspected under the hood, the break fluid cap was missing and I also noticed the engine splash shield was missing. Sean the owner called me to inform me they located the splash shield, but he did not think they would have removed the break fluid cap. They had me schedule to replace the shield, but Sean seemed to have a bad attitude about the whole situation. I feel like he ripped me off for $150 because I was not confident to return and I had to pay another shop for the same diagnostic. I used and recommend Wrench Works in the same business park.
