THE REASON I AM DOING THIS SERVICE IS BECUASE WHEN EVER I GO TO THE OFFICE OR CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THERE ALWAYS TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE LADY IN THE FRONT I ALWAYS RECONGNIZE HER VOICE WHEN I CALL AND SHE HAS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE ALWAYS RESOLVE YOUR SITUATION IF YOU HAVE ONE. I HAD TO ASK FOR HER NAME AND SHE TOLD ME HER NAME IS ALEJANDRA BUT I HOPE HER SUPERVISOR IS VERY PROUD OF HER SHE DOES AN AMAZING JOB.

The wait time was horrible. Got there 10 mins before my appointment. They didn’t pass me till almost 40mins after my appointment. The MA was taking my blood pressure wrong, that the machine wasn’t getting it. She had to switch blood pressure cuff.

To date, this group has been very responsive to my needs, very accommodating of special circumstances, and organized in quickly placing lab or imaging orders as needed in real time. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that their appointment dept places one on hold for an average of 12-18 minutes as has been my own experience. The Doctors and nursing staff are always professional and have a good sense of humor.

Loved the attention they gave me, Dr. Beverly Tambe, excellent service and show caring on every detail.

Thank you Family Care Specialist. Your are most caring Doctors I can conclude, very respectful, open communicate the truth about patient's desire s, empathy and understanding of patient's right and above all work well together to their patients

From the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor they are all friendly and attentive to me and my family’s needs.

Im so grateful for everyones help. Im especially happy and proud of my Dr. Teresa Ku Bourden. She's amazing and I referred my family to her. If she is not available I trust in the Dr's in the medical group to be my Johnny on the spot to help me in my time in need.

Staff very patient and helpful. Even know its very busy there. They had smiles which is helpful to a patient. And my Dr is very thorough and kind and patient as well

The office staff is caring and efficient. When I have an appointment I never wait more than a few minutes and the waiting rooms are always clean. I always get a reminder call for my appointments and someone from the staff always follows up when I have questions. My personal physician, Dr. Maldonado is the best!

Took great care of my daughter and helped ensure she got the follow up care that she needed. Thanks Marlene and Dr Castro!

Completely dissatisfied with my medical services overall. Dr. Bueno is probably the only great professional working there as well as Dr. G but she left unfortunately (probably to a better place). I once had lab work done because i had a really bad soar throat. Once i received my lab work it said i had Streptococcus and requested antibiotics to receive treatment. Unfortunately i forgot the Doctor's name but she send me home saying it was a viral infection (when it is not!). After exchanging information regarding our education and our knowledge of prokaryotic cells she did not recognize what i was telling her so i left home suffering from pain and puss filled throat. (note: i am a psychology major knowing only the basics of cells). Please save yourself the time and go else where for your medical needs.
