Everything was great, the only complaint that I have is that every time I go in for appointment Dr.takes to long to see me. I understand he has other patients but my appointment was at 3pm and he didn't see me until 4pm and this happens all the time. I think that can be managed better.

Everyone and the Dr are awesome there they ALWAYS take good care of me and my needs there should be more people like this in every Dr office it was so had finding the right Dr for me

I was neglected. I been 4 months never saw a Dr.it was a terrible. Only ph.apptms. I can go on and on and they won't like it.

I can not express our gratitude to Family Care Specialists/Montebello providers for their outstanding services. Have been with the group for 30 + years and they r so understanding compassionte w excellent care and really are excellent. I also recommend to friends and family. I work in medical office and always referred patients who needed new pcp w their info and told them I was a patient of many years w the group and was very happy w them and referred to them. The providers are great and explain and take their time w u. Just so grateful to have them helping our family w any medical issues. The staff always so helpful and knowledgeable and very nice!

Too much time waiting in the main waiting room to been seeing by the doctor. The staff and Dr. Martinez are nice with patient there helpful

I've been coming here for 15 years and keep coming for the doctors. The only issue I've been encountering lately is nurses having so much trouble drawing blood. It seems like everytime I come in I have a student taking blood from me and always makes mistakes. I've had to deny blood work and rather request blood work be done elsewhere to avoid getting 4-5 attempts done on each arm.

Dr Martinez is a caring and get down to business physician. He takes care of his patients with TLC I highly recommend Dr Jorge Martinez. He is also my father's and mothers physician. As he was my Tia until she passed. We consider Dr Martinez family

I would like them to give appointments on the same day that calls to be attended as because there are times when one has to work or if possible the next day thank you very much for you help

Come to this office to get my physicals done. Dr. Jorge Martinez is my doctor and he’s been a blessing since I started to go to this location. I had a few health issues and with his help, I was fully clear of all issues 3 months later. The rest of the staff is both knowledgeable and kind and I enjoy coming to this office.

I am always treated with respect & like family. I love my physician. Always goes above and beyond to make sure I get my questions answered & my plan for treatment is understood. (Like Med change or referrals)

Dr justin is always kind and helps me with my medical issues and the staff is very nice and answered all my questions when I need it.
