I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant, and I started going to Dr. Katie when I was 20 weeks pregnant with the goal of preventative/proactive care for my body to adjust to pregnancy. Dr. Katie is always listening to you and your body while being supportive and understanding to your needs. Dr. Katie is empowering and extremely knowledgeable- When I told her she got rid of my heartburn after an adjustment, her response was "that's your body! ". I know everybody's pregnancy journey is different, but I really feel that my body has reacted so well to my pregnancy thanks to Dr. Katie's care- I have no back pain, no "waddle" and I'm still able to get great sleep at night.

Also, being pregnant I was worried about being adjusted in general, but she's always careful, there are modified pillows so I can lay on my stomach, and she educates me on care without making me feel dumb. The office itself is calming and welcoming- So great to be in a positive environment!

Dr. Katie is the best! She is a healer, I swear. If you are looking for a chiro who really takes the time to get to know you and listen to what you need, then you’re in the right place! She has the magic touch and I’m forever grateful to her for helping to heal my neck, knee, and back problems over the years. Simply the best!

I came to Dr. Katie when I was 28 weeks pregnant with my first baby primarily for physical pain. However, my treatment has resulted in much more beyond just physical relief. Dr. Katie has taken her time getting to know me and I’ve gained a lot of insight into the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

The atmosphere in the office is always welcoming from the moment you step in the front door. The space is curated perfectly for a therapeutic experience, from the office decor to the music. 100% recommend!

I have received consistent chiropractic care from Dr. Katie over the last year. Prior to Family Connection Chiropractic, I had never heard of Torque Release Technique (TRT). I love how gentle, yet effective this technique is. Learning about the nervous system and how adjustments assist us in getting into that parasympathetic state has been a game changer. Dr. Katie's approach is supportive and has allowed me to build a deeper sense of trust and connection with myself and my body.

The adjustments have greatly improved the quality of my sleep in a way I had never experienced before. In addition to deeper rest, I feel calmer and better equipped to handle emotional stress, and it has made me more mindful of caring for my physical body. Working a desk job and being on a computer all day can take such a toll on the body, and getting adjusted has been essential for my wellbeing.

The FCC office is warm and cozy. Every time I walk in, I feel like I am entering into someone's home. Jasmine, the Chiropractic Assistant at the front of the office is always bright and welcoming. She really does an excellent job at maintaining such a lovely and positive environment. The plants and overall ambiance make the space feel inviting and comfortable. I am so grateful for Dr. Katie and the ways she facilitates an environment that is healing. She is intentional, down to earth and highly knowledgable. Because of my experience at Family Connection Chiropractic with Dr. Katie, I can honestly say that chiropractic care has been such a positive and powerful addition to my life.

I had lower back pain for years. I decided to go to Dr. Katie due to the wonderful reviews from women. I loved how she specialized in women, pregnancy, family and postpartum. As a mother its wonderful how the office caters to families.

After just a few visits I noticed significant improvement in energy, mobility and mood. My lower back pain is completely gone!

I also have my one year adjusted as I noticed his gate was off. Now he walks straight and has better bowl movements.
