Everyone is always so nice. My 8 yr had an appt with the orthodontist (so great everyone is all in the same place!) It went faster than expected. I had an apt after hers and they were able to move it up. Super nice. Super helpful. And very patient.

Dr. Yui and his assistant always does excellent and amazing work. I never feel any pain when he has done my root canals and he explains what he is doing and creates a calm environment for every visit. I always get a warm welcome and farewell from the front desk which is excellent service.

Best experience ever, I went on a Saturday at 11am. Great gentle care of my teeth cleaning and explained everything really well.

I went to re-treat my root canal. Dr. Yui was exceptionally professional and explained the procedure on every step. He was able to work through the thin roots - which caused the relapse. Slightly expensive, but highly recommended!

It was great. I went in with some pain from my lower wisdom tooth an the dentist recommended haveboth of them extracted. I had them both out within the hour.

The ortho doesn’t seem to care. She didn’t talk and discussed anything with us what’s going on, why the bottom braces was not put, how to take care of the teeth, etc.it was the assistant who explained and provided excellent customer service and care. It gave me the impression that money is the only thing that matters.

They got me in as a last-minute patient on Sunday:) I have never been so happy to see a dentist in my life!

I needed a dentist since relocating to Foster City from Georgia, where I had seen the same dentist for 23 years. Visited Family Dental for the first time today for a cleaning and preventative checkup. I'm very favorably impressed. Fast, efficient, pain free. The staff is caring, friendly, and patient oriented. The office is clean and comfortable, and seems up to date technologically. I plan to make this office my regular dentist.

I’ve had an amazing experience with family dental so far. The doctor I worked with to get my wisdom teeth out, Dr. Alfredo A. Dela Rosa, took the time to thoughtfully answer all my questions before the procedure. The procedure itself was quick and totally painless, it was over before I knew it! I’d highly recommend this team of professionals.

I chipped a tooth and they were able to get me in the same day. They did same day treatment and I didn’t have to worry about walking around with a chipped front tooth. They have great hours, open 7 days a week and have plenty of amazing doctors that take great care of their patients. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency today. I saw Dr. Dela Rosa for an extraction. He was professional, compassionate, and I felt very relaxed after we decided, together what the plan would be. This was my first visit to Family Dental, Foster City. I have a return appointment next week. I did not have dental insurance, but I felt the price was fair. The front office staff was friendly and very professional too.

It is my first visit ever to a dentist. Although a bit nervous about deep cleaning, the dentist Steve and the staff members are really friendly and helpful. More importantly, the whole cleaning process is very smooth with virtually no pain. Steve also explained to me the things I should pay attention to in detail. Definitely five star experience.
