Family Dental Practice of Lancaster

Supervisor Andres Lemus he is very nice kind and asked me how I was when he was doing my treatment i know him from the other building and he was the same way very courteous. That’s why I am at this building. Now I’m looking for many years to be at this dentist I just found out that Andre is the supervisor he is excellent.

Very nice, helpful! Made me feel very comfortable as a parent compared to an other well known children’s dental office in Palmdale. Would definitely recommend!

My Dentist is AWESOME! But she left this office, I need to start looking for a new dental office this one has no employees with ethics and they lack the understanding of customers service. As patients we look for a place that we can feel welcome and taken care of, I believe that management need to come up with a good solution regarding cancelations and not have us waste our time waiting to be told that we're not going to be seen, I mean if they have the service of texting us with a reminder they are capable of doing the same for cancelations. I think that in a business such as a dental office quality and quantity should be at the same level.

Hello my name is antonette in I was a patient at family dental today may 31,2023 in I need a oral surgery done on my mouth for me to get my crown done today in I couldn't afford it in Dr Mark Evini and kenia blessed me with everything today it was a blessing I thank you Dr Mark for everything you glady felt my pain in listened to me in understand where I was coming from in didn't charge me for anything today God bless you all

It was way too slow. I was waiting a very long time for the dentist just to give me my tooth x ray results and then even longer for her to start working on one tooth. Then I still didn’t even ever get the mouth cleaning. And on top of that I had a terrible reaction to the numbing agent the dentist put in me. At the end nothing got done. No cavities were even filled either. Not happy at all. This all took hours too for nothing to even get done. And this wasn’t the first time something like this happened either. This whole wait thing happens every time. The last time I went I was literally waiting for 5 hours and they still had never given me my tooth x ray results. So I just got up and left. And the time before that I was literally waiting in the lobby for 2 whole hours just for them to send me home saying I nobody could help me that day even though I clearly had a set appointment and I came on time. What a terrible place this is. Nothing ever got done whenever I’ve went despite my efforts to keep giving them a chance. This is not a good dentist at all. I regret ever going to them. They make you wait hours and hours even though you have a set appointment with them. They don’t get their timing right at all. I will be switching to another company very soon

I've seen multiple dentists here and they have all been great. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and make you feel comfortable. During my most recent visit they were very quick and efficient. I'm pleased with the results.

My complaint is not towards professionalism or the quality of work.it towards the amount of time (3 hours) I spent there.

Tell the woman not to be rude, she told me almost to get out because they couldn’t get a hold of Brand New Day!

WORST dental office ever. I went in with pain and I left in pain. All they tried to do was sell me on over priced cosmetic procedures. I can’t believe a dentist would allow a patient to leave in pain.
