Dr. Sherfey and his staff were excellent! Very prompt, efficient, organized and professional. I was seen before my appointment time, the attending nurse took my vitals and was very pleasant and engaging. Dr. Sherfey thoroughly explained my diagnosis, and my options for treatment. I wasn't waiting in a room for a long time, (they got me in and out) and I was treated like a PERSON and told the TRUTH. Great overall experience!

They are great dr and nurse practitioners there, the only thing is
Getting ahold of someone, if I need to have something done especially in a hurry by another dr, like surgery or something else. Thank you sincerely Tamara

The best care and reassurance from a dr I have ever gotten. All the staff is great and efficient in everything. Especially in the covid time of uncertainty. They made me feel at home and the atmosphere is calm. Didn't wait long and everything goes very smoothly there. I am so glad I found this dr's office and would recommend it to everyone.

Dr. Susan Nasser is a fantastic physician, it is reflected in her staff and the professionalism displayed in her office. I can truly say, she will give you advice and encouragement that will resurrect your body, mind, and spirit!

The person who is in charge of filling prescriptions in this office is totally incompetent. I can’t count the number of times I have tried to get a new or monthly prescription filled and this person has failed to get it done. If you see a doctor and they send it in while you’re there, it is fine, but if you have to call them for it, forget about it. You are NOT getting your prescription. Totally frustrating!

Wonderful, friendly office! Had my initial appointment last week, the NP was understanding and worked with me on a solution to my issue. Made me feel like a person instead of a membership number.

Everything was great starting from getting my appointment as a new patient, to being seen and feeling like they care and want to help you. The staff is all very friendly. I'm happy with my provider they made me an appointment with NP Karina Razo, she's very nice and she listens, answers all questions and concerns. Wish I would have came here sooner. The wait time is like so fast its great, the office runs so smooth and they are all professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new doctor.

The Staff was very friendly, I didn’t have to wait long to see the Dr and I loved the NP I saw Karina. She was very friendly and thorough and took her time to really talk to me so I understood everything

Dr Nasser and her staff have been our family physician for 17 years we are very lucky to have a physician like this in our community. When we move it will be hard to find a replacement like her and her staff.
