Chelsea the MA makes this experience so much better. She listens and goes out of her way to be helpful. If it wasn’t for her I would not be giving a 5 star review.

I established care for my son with Mrs Cano at this location and she was amazing. My son has been struggling with behavioral health and she was so attentive to our needs addressing any question or concerns I may have regarding his medication. Highly recommended

Definitely do not reccomend going to this place, the Dr. Dont listen to anything you really have to say, it's like he just wants to push whatever medication he wants on you, as for sending stuff to the pharmacy omg it's a dang headache, due to the Dr. Taking his sweet time and not listening to me I have ran out of medication 2 times and still the Dr. Takes his time to send over approval letters to pharmacy. Honestly I have never been to such a horrible doctor's office, but the office and rooms are clean and the staff are nice but that all.

The so called FNP-C team kept putting me off about medications that I need, I take multiple meds including anxiety and when you say you will call back the patient you should do so and also not make the patient feel stupid!

Took my son and husband here for eye care, they were great. Office is very nice and clean and the front staff was very attentive and helpful

The optometrist is the worst services ever the cancel appointments whit out let the paciente know and when I get there the resepcinist was horrible whit a big mouth I will never cam back please don’t go there

The office on N First St in Fresno is beautiful, leading you to believe you will be treated well. We waited 2 hours to be seen for an appointment we were on time for. Dr. Querol is not there to listen to your feelings. He has you diagnosed before he steps into the room. He talks at you, not to you, while typing away on his computer. He then ushers you out the door feeling hurt and ignored. I wound up in the ER to treat what Dr Querol failed to diagnose since he did more talking than listening. I hope this review helps you as I would have liked to have been informed before my experiences -Rochelle Calvert

When I showed up today, there’s only one other person on the waiting room. I have currently been waiting one hour to be seen by a Dr. And I have an appointment. Never again will I come to this location!
