Very easy to get an appointment. They called me in exactly at my appointment time. The provider was great, very attentive, explained what was going on with my sore toe very thourghly and was very professional. This is the the place you should go.

My first time doing the urgent care part of the center. In on time, met well by front desk, well mannered staff, the physion I was seen by was direct and carried himself with professional style. But not overly, ok enough with the $20words.
They all did a great job. I was comfortable with my interaction with them.

I was able to be seen in Urgent Care an hour & a half after I called, was taken in promptly & diagnosed; medications were prescribed & were ready for pickup within an hour (Kudos to Ralph's pharmacy in Los Osos).

D. Gingrich is amazing and extremely thorough. I pay out of pocket since my insurance doesn’t have any available providers taking new patients. He has been my primary for years and years and I would gladly pay to be able to see someone that is as caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable as he is.

The NP was knowledgeable. But I’m still sick and I still don’t know why. I probably should have asked for a throat culture.

These people are money grubbing. They refused to see my daughter (and established patient) even though we have been making regular payments. (And they can’t seem to figure out how to get reimbursement from our common and very good insurance). Also, the desk staff is rude. We will be going elsewhere ASAP.

Went to the Family Care Urgent Clinic early one Sunday morning. Staff's greeting was warm & friendly.
They processed me quickly and was taken to room, all in less then 10 mins, maybe only 5 min.
Medical staff kind & professional, explained each step she was taking. Seen by Dr David, (He's the BEST!) listens to you and makes you feel you matter as a person and patient. Never felt rushed.
This the best after hours clinic I have ever been to in over 30 years. Keep up the fantastic work. I appreciated all the kindness and care.

Had a walk in appointment today as I had missed my much needed scheduled appointment by mixing up the time. I was able to reschedule quickly as a walk in and was seen by Daniel. He was able to provide an X-ray the same day and made a request for referral for an orthopedic appointment for a MRI. They make every effort to address my medical needs without delay. The PA’s are the best. I appreciate you!

I did a walk in to have testing done on site, and the people on front desk were super friendly, and respectful especially Natalie so thank you to her. As for the medical assistant Daniela, on the other hand was extremely unprofessional and very rude. She was very condescending and had an attitude from the second I walked in. Rolled her eyes and gave me the dirtiest looks for not recalling on a procedure done years ago! I felt very uncomfortable after that first interaction. I called her out on on her behavior, but she took it the wrong way for some reason, and only made the situation worse.
Daniela started yelling at me in the patient room and telling me I had to settle down and not talk to her in any tone, which I found quite ironic.

I had never felt so uncomfortable in a medical setting ever in my life! And that should tell you a lot! This was the worse visit and care, I‘ve ever received!

Coming from someone who has worked in the service industry, this is not what I like to see in any employee. Now coming from a healthcare setting though, this standard is much more delicate and I know patient care is set at a much higher bar. I will definitely never be setting foot into that facility ever again.

I DID NOT appreciate being treated like a no one, and being talked down to like a piece of nothing. It was completely uncalled for, unethical, and unprofessional of her part.

I hope this review is brought to Danielas’ attention, so she does not treat others in the same way I was treated. I know if I would’ve continued with my visit, she would’ve made matters worse and possible hurt me.
Not sure if it was because of of my gender and/or ethnicity, or if she was just having a bad day, but she NEEDS to do better or find a different job.
Also a big thank you to the manager who heard me out, and for being so respectful and overall professional, even after the scenario this employee ‘Daniela’ caused!

For over 10 years now, the Industrial medical center is the only urgent care I’ll go to. It’s so easy to book an appointment online and when checking in, I am always greeted by friendly and efficient people! Best of all, the medical staff (no matter who takes care of you) has never failed to treat me with their fullest respect, concern and effective treatments. I’m sure if you give them a try you’ll have an equally positive experience too!

The facility was able to find an appt for me a few hours from when I called. Excellent customer service. Kind and efficient. The medical assistant was very thorough and professional and Hestehauge is excellent and understood my issue and will ensure it gets complete attention.

Came as a walk in to get a quick check up after having food poisoning, was quick to get me in and seen. Kind and accommodating desk staff, and attentive doctors. Overall great experience
