Used Family interiors for our restaurant bathroom remodels and I'm happy we did. Easy to deal with and appreciated the help on tile and design selection. Would highly recommend.

Family Interiors to do the floors on a family member's home before it sold, so we reached out to them again to redo the old carpet on our stairs.

From showroom to installation, they were incredibly professional. They helped us select a carpet and double-checked with us with a technical detail about the installation—so they could make sure we were satisfied with the work.

Highly recommend and we would absolutely reach out to them again when the time comes to do any other floors in our house.

When we had a shade malfunction after five plus years, we contacted Family Interiors to see about a replacement. They let us know that a warranty was still in effect, and they replaced the shade at what I consider a minimal expense. The replacement was very prompt, and the workmanship was excellent. They were prompt and efficient for our installation of our walk in closet. We were given a quote right away and drawings for the closet online. I had a quick change and it was taken care of right away. Jalen did a great job installing and he was very nice to work with.

We had blinds put in, from the start to finish everything was perfect. They came out when they said, had an estimate when promised, kept in touch when blinds were being made and set a solid appointment for installation.

Family Interiors has been my go to place for blinds for more than 15 years and they have aways treated me with exceptional service. Recently, I needed to replace my Hunter Douglas blinds which turned out to be somewhat of a challenge. Hunter Douglas issues.working with Sara who was awesome in her resourcefulness and professionalism was absolutely instrumental in getting what was needed. Her responsiveness and patience was more than admirable. Bottom-line, Sara made the the transaction and install work go seamlessly.simply outstanding experience working with her and Family Interiors!

I had carpet removed and a hardwood floor installed over concrete.
They did it professionally, on time, and to the highest standards.

I needed flooring for my new studio and wasn’t sure what to get. They had all sorts of samples of some of the latest and greatest vinyl plank options, it was easy to find what I wanted. They took care of the rest, floor looks awesome. Would def use them again in the future, highly recommend.

From start to finish they were amazing. It is family owned and they really take pride in their work. I went and got quotes from a few places and they all were more expensive. I went to the la mesa flooring company and they were not helpful at all. They were willing to answer all my questions as well and even gave me pointers to which carpet companies are better etc and why they don’t carry some due to customer service. The install was amazing too. The two guys were so nice and professional and went above and beyond. My husband ended up being in the hospital which made me have to reschedule the install and Carolyn actually texted me to see how he was doing. It was so nice of her and I really appreciate it. I will be going back for shades from them and will always recommend them a million times over. It has been such a difficult time for my family and I truly appreciate their patience and kindness and of course amazing job.

As always, a wonderful experience. Evan was helpful and came prepared and Andrew the installer was timely and efficient and friendly. He even helped us install a cabinet knob which was certainly not part of his responsibility. As a designer I have used family multiple times and will continue to do so. We just had vinyl plank installed in our home and it looks BEAUTIFUL! Everyone on staff was so extremely helpful and made what could have been a hard project seem easy! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
