Very efficient professional staff and Dr. Glover was passionate to our pooch and a joy to visit with.

Dr. Glover and all the staff at Family Member Vet are so wonderful and welcoming! They truly care about all the animals they are entrusted with and treat them as if they were their own. I have been going here for years with my three dogs and will continue to do so. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Way too expensive. Close to 600 dollars on first visit. Nothing major, just x-rays, medication for UTI, pain and some cleaning procedure.
With these prices on first visit I'm strongly pushed away from coming back and steered towards online vet options.

I can't say enough about how amazing Dr. Glover and everyone is at Family Member Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Glover took care of our two Italian Greyhounds, Gus & Chloe for their whole life! (16 years) and even helped us navigate canine cancer with the upmost care. He really cares for his patients and their humans too. We just adopted a Russian Blue kitten and Finch went for his first visit to Dr. Glover yesterday. Finch has been having stomach issues and Dr. Glover knew exactly what needed to be done! We love our fur babies and wouldn't trust anyone else!

Honestly insane the poor level of service. Really worse customer service ever! Extremely rude, condescending,
clueless staff. I suffered a lot emotionally and financially. They are real thieves. Absolutely disgusting!

My dog and I both enjoyed meeting Dr. Glover, Star and Mary Beth:) Everybody was very welcoming.efficient.especially kindly towards our girl Sallie and right on top of our needs. The office was very clean and comfortable.

The entire staff is so considerate and helpful! They are kind to my dog and understanding when it comes to reviewing treatment plans and fees. Very accommodating with the drop off appointments and communication by text. 5 stars always!

We have taken our rescue poodle mix, Nico, to Dr. Glover for the entire 5 years we’ve had Nico. Dr. Glover and his staff have always been pleasant, efficient, and respectful. We’re very pleased with the relationship and plan to continue it for as long as we have Nico (and his successors, if any).

Doc and the family member staff show great compassion for our fur-babies. Bug and Chops run in to see everyone and they display a calmness in the exam room to the point the pups just fall asleep which I know is unusual. The staff listens carefully and I know the pups are going to feel better soon

I truly grateful for Dr. Glover and his team. I called 5 different vets in the area and everyone was booked. The reception was sweet and placed me on hold to make sure they could take us. We were able to confirm appointment. It was a smooth 10 minute drive, as soon as I got there I was in the room. Dr Glover was thorough, he made sure I knew exactly was he was doing to my pup. The bills was very reasonable in price with what they were doing. I'm switching my dogs over to this vet.
