If you have an appointment be expected to wait 30-1hr. I really don't understand whats the purpose of an appointment when they will help a walk in first instead of helping the customer w the appointment. One of my experiences was when I was called and asked if I was on my way and I stated I'd be there in 5 minutes mind you I'm driving from Yorba Linda. My appointment was 10 min away so I was going to make it right on time. I get there and they are seating someone else, pretty ridiculous. Right when I had arrived 5 mins before my appt and I inquired with the older short lady and she kept laughing. I'm not sure if she was nervous or she didn't think I had seen her seat someone else for my appt or what the deal was. The reason why I love coming here is because Lena is great but this salon needs to do better. Don't overcrowd yourself if you don't have the capacity to do so. Hire more people, hire techs who take walk ins. People who do walk ins shouldn't be prioritized over those with appointments. Whats the point of an appointment? This is my 5th time here and most likely my last. I had an appointment at 2 and its 2: 20 and I'm still here I was told Lena is at lunch. No fault to her but make sure that someones lunch doesn't interfere w appointments on the books.

I just got a 100 dollar (after tip) set of nails 3 days ago and 1 finger was lifting 1/2 way. I go back and she super glued it! Never again! It will lift AGAIN tomorrow. The last placed i used dif this twice and didnt even last a day. That's why I quit goin there too.

Truly enjoy the experience. From the receptionist so nice and welcoming to my nail lady (Cindy), she does an amazing job. Organized, meticulous, clean, and friendly but not overboard. I live in San Clemente, and there are many nail salons in between, but I keep coming back to them

I am thrilled with my nails from here. My technician was Hannah and she was so thorough and precise. She did a great job. This was my first time here, but I will definitely return to see Hannah, and I really appreciate the 5 day warranty card they give you for peace of mind.

Do not go to this place, cash only and steal charge for every little thing they do also they rob the change. They do not do a good job!

Love this place. Been going here since I was teen. My go to lady knows how to cater to me and my like and dislikes. I recently moved out of state and miss this place. No other nail place has compared. I come back every chance I get when in California.
