Alberto is always so pleasant on the phone and was able to accommodate my daughter on the schedule same week before our travel due to some eye pain she was experiencing before our travel during the holidays. Dr. Igne was very friendly as well as thorough in her evaluation of my complicated ocular prescription, and
she explained each step of the exam.

Dr. Igne is a total professional. She responded to my emergency call promptly (the sudden appearance of floaters and flashing lights in one eye) and talked through my symptoms, calming me down, before arranging an appointment early the next day to fully assess the situation. She did a full examination, answered all my questions in detail and directed a course of action. I trust her judgement and feel lucky to be in her care. She has great knowledge and shows patience and caring towards her patients. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Igne, and she's truly amazing. Her passion for vision therapy and her profession shines through in her work. Before I found her, I had consulted a few ophthalmologists who told me there wasn't much that could be done for my condition.

I consider myself very fortunate to have come across Dr. Igne. Right from the start, she was incredibly dedicated to helping me. Her way of explaining things made the whole process feel easy and manageable. As we continued, I could clearly see my vision improving.

Dr. I is the Best! Not only does she get my prescriptions spot on, but I started getting ridiculous double vision. Her Vision Therapy worked miracles for me. NO MORE DOUBLE!

I've also seen her work with her pediatric patients.and they all love her. She's just got a way with them.

And when you're ready for glasses. Alberto is your guy. I'm one of those women whose weight fluctuates. So he works with me to make sure the lens shape fits my face and is flattering.

Between Dr. I and Alberto you won't need to go anywhere else. And YES, they have all the latest equipment.

Erin Igne, is an excellent optometrist. She is extremely thorough and spends as much time as necessary to get your prescription just right. I highly recommend her and Family Tree Optometry. She is great with kids, too.

I had been a patient of Dr. Inge five years ago and moved to Florida. I am a retired dentist and appreciated her knowledge and skills for mom This summer upon returning to California I came to see her again as it is difficult to find a doctor at her level of skill. I was reminded once again that this office is exceptional and I highly recommend the doctor and her staff.

Update 7/2023: My daughter continues to make progress, her grades drastically improved at school (all As, one B), and there are some exercises that are fun, and some that are challenging, given her condition of her eye/brain connection. There is no way we could have understood how to help my daughter without Dr. Igne, and we certainly could not have helped her grades soar without Dr. Igne. We are truly grateful!

Updated: 11/9- We went to a follow up appt and we are being offered vision therapy, which is fantastic to help with my daughter's vision. We are excited to help her eyes and vision efficiency. Every step of the process is helpful, and we as the patient/ guardian are crystal clear on the process and the purpose. No one else does this. This office is great!

We are in vision therapy and are really seeing improvement in our daughters reading comprehension ability. She's doing great and we really think the therapy is incredibly helpful! Thank you Dr. I and the team!

Dr. I was great with my 6 year old grandson. You could tell she has experience working with kids. She was thorough but yet kept it on the level for a 6 year old.

I was nervous about the appointment but Dr Igne was wonderful and fun and explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend her to anyone!
