I was very happy with the work of family on our 1.5 acre redwood grove. They were very careful in removing a large limb overhanging the house and they left the area cleaner than they found it. They took a very short lunch break in order to assure they would complete the 7 items on the quoted work including chipping up 3 piles of branches. The work seemed difficult and challenging but the crew was diligent and careful. They also bucked up all the downed logs for easy firewood splitting. I look forward to hiring them again.

Recently used FTS for tree removal work on a rental property. The work required an encroachment permit which they took care of before scheduling the work. They were on time, courteous to the tenants, and cleaned everything up with no debris left. No damage to the property either! Thanks!

It was a great experience working with Nathan at Family Tree Service. He took the time to meet with me and the landlord in regard to removing some of her trees to improve service in the area. He went above and beyond, being the guy to ask for additional permissions as the work was taking place and putting in extra effort, cutting up the trees and bringing it to her place for firewood. Would highly recommend.

Company dropped branches onto my vehicles. When I called the office to complain I did not even receive a apology. Very unprofessional. Few friends have had similar experiences.

Snow storm of February 23 resulted in many broken branches and downed trees on my property. As soon as the ground dried enough the crew from Family Tree Service arrived to cut and chip for four days straight. They are returning early next month to finish the job because it is a big job

Family Tree Staff was great. They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, and cleaned up after themselves very well. There was really no clean up I had to do after they left.

If you need tree removal, look no further. I couldn't be more pleased with the job FTS did in taking down 2 trees on my property and trimming 2. Boy, am I happy I had this done this past December prior to all the high winds and rain we've had these past few weeks! One tree FTS took out was in a tight spot and overhung the house and chimney. The crew was so efficient it was gone before I even knew it. Left the property clean and neat as well. I appreciate Brandon who gave a very fair estimate and the crew who showed up on time - and in the rain. The office staff is also very professional and responsive. When needed, I will use FTS again and do not hesitate in recommending them to friends.
